Dr. David Gould, MD serves as Senior Vice President of Corporate Development and Corporate Affairs at Actinium Pharmaceuticals, Inc. Dr. Gould served as Senior Vice President of Finance and Corporate Development at Actinium Pharmaceuticals, Inc. He was an Associate at Allianz Specialized Investments Limited. Dr. Gould served as a Principal and Portfolio Manager at Merlin Nexus, Merlin Nexus III L.P. and Nexus Gemini, L.P. Dr. Gould was previously employed at Dresdner Kleinwort Capital as a Vice President of Private Equity and Healthcare from 1998 to 2002 and was involved in a variety of life sciences deals. At the firm, his responsibilities included clinical and technical due diligence and life sciences fund management. Prior to this, Dr. Gould gained exposure to pharmaceutical equity research, clinical trials, device research, and scientific instruction. He received an M.B.A. in Finance from Stern School of Business, New York University in 2003, an M.D. from Jefferson Medical College, Thomas Jefferson University at Philadelphia in May 1998, and a B.S. in Molecular Biology from the University of Wisconsin-Madison in December 1993.

Mr. Steven O'Loughlin, also known as Steve, BS, has been Principal Financial & Accounting Officer at Actinium Pharmaceuticals, Inc. since May 22, 2017 and serves as its Vice President of Finance and Corporate Development. Mr. O'Loughlin served as Senior Director of Finance and Corporate Development at Actinium Pharmaceuticals, Inc. since October 13, 2015. Mr. O'Loughlin served as Vice President of Corporate Finance and Development at Protea Biosciences Group, Inc from August 4, 2014 to May 26, 2015. Mr. O'Loughlin joined Protea in August 2012 as Director of Corporate Development. Prior to joining Protea, he served as a Regional Manager of Caliber I.D. (formerly, Lucid, Inc.) from June 2010 through July 2012. At Caliber I.D., he was responsible for the commercialization of the company's FDA 510(K) cleared diagnostic product, the VivaScope 1500???as well as in assisting it in the development of its corporate finance activities and reimbursement strategy. Mr. O???Loughlin served as an Assistant Vice President of Healthcare Investment Banking with Forge Financial since September 2009 until June 2010 and Jesup & Lamont since February 2008 until August 2009, where he helped advise public and private life sciences companies on capital raising, merger & acquisition and corporate growth strategies. Mr. O???Loughlin has almost a decade of life sciences industry experience gained from previous positions in investment banking and publicly traded life sciences companies. He holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration with a concentration in Finance from the Ramapo College of New Jersey.

Dr. Bernie Cunningham, Ph.D., has been Executive Director of Clinical Supply Chain & Logistics and Cmc Project Management at Actinium Pharmaceuticals, Inc. since October 2016. Dr. Cunningham responsible for further establishment of the Company's supply chain infrastructure and related distribution strategies. Dr. Cunningham has approximately thirty years of experience in the pharmaceutical and biotechnology industries, with a dedication to supply chain and project management within the last fifteen years. As a Certified Project Management Professional she has extensive experience in development of investigational medical products in various physical forms. She led teams and directed multiple projects in manufacturing, supply chain and QA/QC at companies including Mesoblast and OSI Pharmaceuticals. She began her professional career as a Research Scientist and Principal Investigator at OSI Pharmaceuticals and most recently had the title of Director, Project Management ??? Manufacturing and QA at Mesoblast. Dr. Cunningham holds a Ph.D. in Medicinal Chemistry from University of Aston in Birmingham, U.K., as well as a BSc (Hons) from University of Aston and has written a number of papers published in peer-reviewed pharmacology journals.
