Mr. Satya Chillara has been Vice President of Corporate Development at Aemetis, Inc. since March 26, 2015. Mr. Chillara has over 24 years of experience in the cleantech and semiconductor industries and on Wall Street. Mr. Chillara served as Research Analyst of Pacific Growth Equities, LLC. Mr. Chillara served as Research Analyst at American Technology Research, Inc. Mr. Chillara joined Pacific Growth Equities from American Technology Research where he served as the Senior Research Analyst following semiconductor stocks. He served as Research Analyst of Gleacher & Company, Inc., Research Division. Previously, his Wall Street experience includes Senior Research Analyst roles at RBC Capital Markets, LLC, Research Division , where he was a Wall Street Journal All Star Analyst, and WR Hambrecht where he was nominated for Institutional Investor's ???Best Up-and-Coming??? Semiconductor Analyst. He served as Managing Director and Equity Research Analyst working for several investment banks and hedge funds. He served as an Equity Analyst of Pacific Growth Equities, LLC, Research Division. He served as an Equity Analyst of WR Hambrecht + Co., LLC, Research Division. Prior to working on Wall Street, he spent several years in industry as Director, Strategic Marketing & Product Line Management, BGA/CSP Products with ChipPAC, Manager, Strategic Planning and marketing with VLSI Technology, Manager, Product marketing and Business Development with Fujitsu Computer Packaging Technologies and as Senior Engineer, Technology Development and Strategic Marketing with National Semiconductor. In his 10 years in industry, Mr. Chillara was a member of the management team that took ChipPAC public. He received his MS in Chemical Engineering from the University of Missouri and his BS in Chemical Engineering from S.V. University in India.

Mr. Todd A. Waltz has been the Chief Financial Officer of Aemetis, Inc., since March 12, 2010 and has been its Executive Vice President and Secretary since March 2010. Mr. Waltz serves as the Chief Financial Officer of Aemetis Advanced Fuels Keyes, Inc. Mr. Waltz has been Controller of AE Biofuels, Inc. since June 2008. He serves as a Chief Financial Officer and Principal Accounting Officer of AE Biofuels, Inc. He served as Chief Executive Officer and President at Eco-Stim Energy Solutions, Inc until December 11, 2013. He served as interim Controller for AE Biofuels since July 2007. From 2007 to March 12, 2010, Mr. Waltz served as the Corporate Controller of Aemetis, Inc., and its Principal Accounting Officer. He served as the Chairman of the Board, Chief Executive Officer, President, Secretary and Treasurer of Vision Global Solutions, Inc., since November 3, 2009. He served as Principal Financial Officer and Chief Accounting Officer at Vision Global Solutions, Inc. He spent 12 years at Apple Inc., (NASDAQ:AAPL) and manaed all financial aspects for the .Mac and Online Services businesses. From 1994 to 2007, he served with increasing responsibility in a variety of senior financial management and business partner roles in the On-line Services and R&D divisions of Apple, Inc. Mr. Waltz has more than 25 years experience in public and private accounting with global public firms. He served as a Director of Vision Global Solutions, Inc. since November 3, 2009. He is a Certified Public Accountant in the state of California. Mr. Waltz received his bachelor degree from Mount Union College in 1983, an MBA from Santa Clara University in 1997 and his Master of Science in Taxation from San Jose State University in 2008.

Mr. Andrew B. Foster, also known as Andy, serves as an Executive Vice President and Chief Operating Officer of Aemetis, Inc. and also serves as its President of Aemetis Advanced Fuels. Mr. Foster has been the President and Chief Operating Officer of American Ethanol Inc., since June 2008. Mr. Foster served as an Executive Vice President for Marketing and External Affairs of AE Biofuels, Inc. since October 2006 and also its Chief Operating Officer from October 2006 to June 2008. In addition to eight years??? experience managing corporate communications and global marketing for public companies with revenues exceeding $1 billion, he also has ten years of experience in public policy and politics which includes key roles in the George H.W. Bush White House from 1989 to 1992 as Associate Director of Political Affairs and the office of Governor Jim Edgar of Illinois from 1994 to 1998 as Deputy Chief of Staff. Mr. Foster served as Vice President of Corporate Marketing for Marimba, Inc., which was acquired by BMC Software (NYSE:BMC; 2005 revenues $1.4B), where he oversaw global public relations following the acquisition. He also served as Group Director of Corporate Marketing with Cadence Design Systems, a leading software company (NYSE: CDN; $1.2 billion), and as Director of Corporate Marketing for eSilicon Corporation. Mr. Foster holds a Bachelor of Arts degree from Marquette University in Milwaukee, Wisconsin.

Mr. Sanjeev Gupta has been an Executive Vice President of Aemetis, Inc. (Alternate Name: AE Biofuels, Inc) since October 9, 2009 and also serves as its President of Aemetis International. Mr. Gupta has been the Chairman, President and Managing Director of Universal Biofuels Private, Ltd., a wholly-owned subsidiary of AE Biofuels, Inc since 2009. He served as an Executive with AE Biofuels' marketing subsidiary Biofuels Marketing, Inc. since September 2007 and has managed the completion of construction of the Kakinada facility. From 1997 to 2006, he served as President of CIG a $250 million revenues global specialized chemicals company and a Manager with Nabisco in India. Previously, Mr. Gupta was the General Manager of International Marketing for Britannia Industries, a subsidiary of Nabisco Brands, in India. Mr. Gupta received an MBA from the Faculty of Management Studies, University of Delhi and holds a Bachelors of Science (honors) from University of Delhi.
