Mr. John A. McCluskey has been the President and Chief Executive Officer of Alamos Gold, Inc., since November 2003 and February 2003 respectively. Mr. McCluskey began his career with Glamis Gold Ltd. in 1983. He served as the President and Chief Executive Officer of Aurico Metals, Inc. He went on to hold senior executive positions in a number of public companies in the resource sector. Mr. McCluskey served as Vice President of Alamos Gold, Inc. In 1996, he founded Grayd Resource Corporation, where he served as Chief Executive Officer until 2003 and co-founded Alamos Minerals with mining hall of famer Chester Millar in 2003 and served as its Director since February 21, 2003. He has a wealth of experience in finance and mergers and acquisitions. He has been a Director of Alamos Gold, Inc., since July 2, 2015. He has been a Director of New Pacific Metals Corp. since August 1, 2017. He has been an Independent Director of AuRico Metals Inc. since July 2, 2015. He served as an Independent Director of Aurcana Corporation since 2002. He served as a Director of Inca Pacific Resources Inc. He served as Director of Grayd Resource Corp. from September 1996 to November 2008. Mr. McCluskey was named Ontario's 2012 Ernst & Young Entrepreneur Of The Year, based on a judging panel's assessment of financial performance, vision, leadership, innovation, personal integrity and influence, social responsibility and entrepreneurial spirit.

Dr. Luis M. Chavez, B.A., M.Sc., Ph.D. (Energy and Mineral Economics) serves as Senior Vice President of Mexico at Alamos Gold, Inc. since July 2015. Dr. Chavez has considerable experience in all mining related areas. He served as Director of Mexican Operations at Alamos Gold, Inc. since July 23, 2007. He served as General Director of the Mexican Geological Survey from 1994 to 2000, where he designed and implemented the National Mapping Program and initiated the largest geology and mining databank currently in use by mining companies doing business in Mexico. He served as Director of Alamos Gold, Inc. from July 26, 2007 to September 17, 2014. He is a former President of the Mexican Mining Association and currently he is a member of the Board of Directors of the Chamber of Mines. In 2001, he was invited by the Governor of Coahuila State to become Director of Energy and Mines to design sustainable development policies and strategies to maximize energy and mineral resources value. In 2006, Dr. Chavez was named President of the Mexican Institute for Environmental Management, a private consulting firm. A Geological Engineer from the University of San Luis Potosi (1976), he also holds a Master of Science degree in Mineral Economics (1978) from Penn State University, a PhD degree in Energy and Mineral Economics (1982) from the University of Arizona and a Business Administration degree (1989) from the Pan-American Business Institute in Monterrey, Mexico.

Mr. James R. Porter, also known as Jamie, B.A.Sc., CPA, CA, CPA (Illinois) has been the Chief Financial Officer at Alamos Gold, Inc. since July 3, 2015. Mr. Porter oversees the finance, regulatory, information technology and investor relations functions of Alamos. He served as Vice President of Finance at Alamos Gold, Inc. since July 2008 until June 2011. He served as the Chief Financial Officer at Alamos Gold, Inc. since June 2, 2011. He joined Alamos as Controller in October 2005 and served in that role until July 2008. He joined a Central American-based gold producer in 2003 and held the roles of Controller and Corporate Secretary. He served as Executive Vice President of Service Business at Manheim, Inc. and also served as its Senior Vice President of Operations and Senior Vice President of Sales since January 2002 and Executive Vice President of Operations since 2003. He has more than 15 years of progressive experience in the mining industry. He started his career at PricewaterhouseCoopers LLP managing audits of public companies. He served as a Director of Carlisle Goldfields Limited since September 8, 2015. Mr. Porter is a Director of Canadian Feed the Children. He has a Bachelor of Administrative and Commercial Studies Degree from the University of Western Ontario.

Mr. Peter K. MacPhail, P. Eng., B.A.Sc. (Mineral Engineering) has been the Chief Operating Officer of Alamos Gold, Inc. since July 3, 2015 and served as its Vice President. Mr. MacPhail has more than 25 years of solid operational experience in Canada, Mexico and Australia. He served as Chief Executive Officer of Northgate Division. He served as Chief Operating Officer of Northgate Minerals Corp. from 2004 to January 2013 and Vice President of Operations since June 17, 2004. He was most recently Chief Operating Officer of AuRico Gold having joined AuRico in 2011 through the Northgate Minerals transaction. He served in the same capacity for eight years at Northgate with overall operations management responsibility for the Kemess, Fosterville and Stawell mines, as well as the Young-Davidson mine project. He served as Managing Director of Northgate Australia Ventures Corporation. Prior to Northgate, Mr. MacPhail held increasingly senior roles at Noranda, Teck Resources, Homestake Mining and Barrick Gold. He served as a Director of Carlisle Goldfields Limited since January 15, 2015. Mr. MacPhail holds a Bachelor of Applied Science degree in Mineral Engineering from the University of Toronto and is a licensed professional engineer in Ontario.
