Mr. Paolo Pucci has been Chief Executive Officer of ArQule Inc. since June 2008. Prior to joining ArQule in 2008, Mr. Pucci served as the President of Global Specialty Business Unit and Senior Vice President of Bayer HealthCare LLC of Bayer Corporation where he served as President in charge of the Bayer-Schering Pharmaceuticals Global Oncology/Specialized Therapeutics Business Units. He served as Senior Vice President of Bayer Pharmaceuticals Global Specialty Business Unit, President of U.S. Pharmaceutical Operations and a member of the Bayer Pharmaceuticals Global Management Committee. Mr. Pucci was involved in a broad range of activities related to Nexavar??? (sorafenib), an oral multiple kinase inhibitor to treat liver and kidney cancers. He joined Bayeras head of its Italian Pharmaceutical operations in 2001. He held positions of increasing responsibility with Eli Lilly, culminating with his appointment as Managing Director, Eli Lilly Sweden AB. At Lilly, his responsibilities included operations, sales, marketing and strategic planning. He has been a Director of West Pharmaceutical Services, Inc. since September 12, 2016, Algeta ASA since April 2013 and ArQule Inc. since June 2008. He has been a Director of NewLink Genetics Corporation since November 13, 2015. He served as a Director at Dyax Corp. from November 2011 to January 22, 2016. Mr. Pucci holds an MBA from the University of Chicago and is a graduate of the Universita Degli Studi Di Napoli in Naples, Italy.

Mr. Robert J. Weiskopf, also known as Rob, has been the Chief Financial Officer of ArQule Inc. since May 2015 and has been its Treasurer since February 2007. Mr. Weiskopf served as Vice President of Finance and Corporate Controller of ArQule Inc. from February 2007 to May 2015. Prior to joining ArQule in February 2007, he served as Registrant's Financial Consultant for three months. Before that, Mr. Weiskopf served as Chief Financial Officer of Aware Inc. from April 2004 to 2006. He served as Vice President of Aware since April 2004 and also as its Principal Accounting Officer and Treasurer. Prior to that, Mr. Weiskopf served as Director of Finance at Lightbridge, Inc. from 2000 to 2004. He served as Director of reporting and an assistant treasurer at Stone & Webster, Inc. Mr. Weiskopf was employed by Digital Equipment Corporation then Compaq Computer Corporation from 1980 to 1999, serving in several management positions in external reporting, investment analysis, financial planning and analysis, software operations and was a product line controller. He began his career at Ernst & Young where he worked for five years. Mr. Weiskopf is a Certified Public Accountant and holds a B.S.B.A. and M.S.B.A. in accounting from the University of Massachusetts at Amherst.

Mr. Peter S. Lawrence, J.D. has been the President at ArQule Inc. since April 11, 2008. Mr. Lawrence has also been the Chief Operating Officer of ArQule, Inc. since October 4, 2007 and its Secretary and served as its General Counsel and Secretary since April 2006. He served as the Principal Financial Officer of ArQule, Inc. since August 31, 2007. He joined ArQule, Inc. since in April 2006 as an Executive Vice President, Chief Business Officer. Mr. Lawrence was a Special Partner at Pod Investment AB. He has expertise in private equity transactions, mergers and acquisitions and public offerings gained as an operating executive and corporate attorney. Mr. Lawrence's career includes many years of experience coaching and mentoring entrepreneurs, spanning the start-up and seed stages through growth to IPO's and trade sales. He was a Senior Partner at the Boston office of Mintz, Levin, Cohn, Ferris, Glovsky and Popeo, P.C., from 1991 to 2001. At Mintz Levin, Mr. Lawrence served as an External Corporate Counsel to public and private companies, managed a transactional legal practice and provided strategic guidance to clients through periods of rapid growth and transformative corporate events. His public financing experiences include the initial public offering and numerous financings for America Online Inc., as well as public financings for Biogen, Human Genome Sciences, Hybridon and many other companies. Mr. Lawrence worked on numerous mergers and acquisitions including Roche and Compuchem, AOL or Time Warner, Compuserve or ICQ, Steinway Piano, DEC or Intel and Mitotix or GPC Biotech. In addition, he worked at Gaston & Snow from 1989 to 1991 in the firm's Corporate Law Department as an Attorney. He serves as Vice Chairman of the Greater Boston Food Bank. Mr. Lawrence serves as a Director at Corestreet, Ltd. and Peppercoin, Inc. and a Board Observer at Spherics, Inc. and Paratek Pharmaceuticals, Inc. Mr. Lawrence was a Director at Pintex Pharmaceuticals, Inc. He is admitted to practice in Massachusetts and the District of Columbia and is a member of the American, Massachusetts, District of Columbia and Boston Bar Associations. Mr. Lawrence received a B.A., cum laude, from Amherst College in 1981 and a J.D. from the Boston University School of Law in 1989.

Dr. Brian Schwartz, MD has been the Chief Medical Officer at ArQule Inc. since July 14, 2008 and served as its and Senior Vice President of Clinical and Regulatory Affairs since July 14, 2008. Dr. Schwartz served as Senior Vice President of Medical & Regulatory Affairs and Chief Medical Officer of Ziopharm Oncology, Inc. from June 1, 2006 to July 11, 2008. He has extensive regulatory experience in working with the U.S. Food and Drug Administration Oncology Division, the European Medicines Evaluation Agency, (EMEA) and numerous other health authorities. Most recently, he was responsible for U.S. clinical and regulatory activities, including phase IV studies and interactions with the National Cancer Institute and other oncology cooperative groups. Dr. Schwartz has extensive experience in working with Scientific Advisory Boards, international project teams and in leading joint development projects with biotechnology companies. He has impressive drug development registration experience in the pharmaceutical industry with both Bayer Healthcare and Leo Laboratories. At Bayer, Dr. Schwartz was the key Physician and was responsible for the global clinical development of sorafenib (Nexavar(R)) and led the clinical team through a successful phase III trial in renal cell cancer, leading to Food and Drug Administration (FDA) approval since December 20, 2005. Over eight years, he focused on oncology clinical development of novel cytostatic, cytotoxic and immunological agents, achieving Awards for Excellence from both employers. He practiced medicine and worked at the University of Toronto before joining Leo Laboratories Canada. Dr. Schwartz received his Medical Degree from the University of Pretoria, South Africa.

Marc Schegerin serves as the Senior Vice President of ArQule. Marc started at ArQule in May of 2018. Marc currently resides in the United States.

Dawn Schottlandt serves as the Vice President of Investor Relations and Corporate Communications of ArQule. Dawn started at ArQule in May of 2017. Dawn currently resides in the Greater Boston Area.

Stephen Migausky serves as the Vice President, Legal of ArQule. Stephen started at ArQule in Oct of 2018. Stephen currently resides in the Greater Boston Area.
