Mr. Kyle Guse, Esq., CPA has been the Chief Financial Officer, General Counsel and Secretary of Atossa Genetics, Inc. since January 4, 2013. Mr. Guse served as a Partner of Baker Botts L.L.P. since January 17, 2012 until January 2013. He serves as Corporate Counsel of Onyx Stock Transfer LLC. He was a Partner at McDermott Will & Emery LLP. from October 2007 to January 2012. He was a partner with Heller Ehrman LLP/Venture Law Group. He practices in the areas of corporate; emerging companies and venture financing; global renewable energy, emissions and new products; life sciences and medical devices; mergers and acquisitions; private equity; and software and information technology services. He focuses his practice on corporate counseling, mergers and acquisitions, public offerings, private financings and other corporate matters. Mr. Guse has more than 20 years of experience counseling life sciences and other rapid growth companies through all aspects of finance, corporate governance, securities laws and commercialization. Mr. Guse has a particular emphasis counseling rapidly growing companies through mergers and acquisitions and public offerings. His clients primarily include public and private companies and venture capital and private equity funds in the technology, life sciences and clean-tech sectors. He serves as a Director of Onyx Stock Transfer LLC. He was employed at Heller Ehrman LLP. He is also a former certified public accountant having worked at a Big 4 accounting firm. Mr. Guse is a California-licensed attorney. He is a licensed Certified Public Accountant in the state of California. He has earned a J.D., cum laude, in 1992 from the Santa Clara University School of Law and an M.B.A. in 1987 and a B.S. in Business Administration in 1986, both from the California State University, Sacramento.

Mr. Pieter Van Der Poel has been Vice President of European Commercial Operations at Atossa Genetics, Inc. since December 15, 2014. Mr. Van Der Poel is a Co-founder of Hemacon GmbH. He has over 20 years of global medical device markets and business development experience for leading medical companies, including Philips Medical Systems, Hewlett-Packard Medical (now Philips Healthcare) and GE Healthcare. Throughout his career, he has focused on leading development and the marketing of diagnostic imaging, automated blood analysis systems, retinal cameras, blood separation systems for blood transfusion services, and digital image analysis tools. In addition, Mr. Van der Poel has global marketing experience and expertise gained at high technology companies such as Alstom Power and US-based FEI Company. He has broad experience in change management, corporate strategy, up and downstream marketing and continuous process improvement gained while at GE Healthcare in Milwaukee. Mr. Van der Poel directed the TEM franchise at FEI Company. He has held leadership positions in marketing at Philips Medical Systems, Hewlett-Packard Medical (now Philips Healthcare) and GE Healthcare, all on a global basis. Mr. Van der Poel holds a Bachelor of Business Administration from Nyenrode Business University in the Netherlands and an MBA from the University of Michigan - Ann Arbor.
