Mr. John Golubieski has been Chief Financial Officer of Axsome Therapeutics, Inc. since August 4, 2017. Prior to joining Axsome, Mr. Golubieski was the Chief Financial Officer of Osmotica Holdings. Mr. Golubieski served as Consultant of Lantheus Holdings, Inc. (formerly Lantheus Medical Imaging Inc.) since June 2, 2014. Mr. Golubieski served as an Interim Chief Financial Officer of Lantheus Medical Imaging, Inc. from August 9, 2013 to June 2, 2014. Mr. Golubieski served as Chief Financial Officer of Fougera Pharmaceuticals Inc. since July 1, 2011 until October 2012. Prior to joining Fougera, Mr. Golubieski served as the Senior Vice President of Financial Planning & Analysis at King Pharmaceuticals, Inc. where he was a member of the senior leadership team, from October 2005 to June 2011. From August 1989 until October 2005, Mr. Golubieski served in a number of capacities of increasing responsibility at Bristol-Myers Squibb Company in business and financial planning and analysis and business and product development. From July 1987 until August 1989, Mr. Golubieski served as a staff accountant at Price Waterhouse. Mr. Golubieski has more than 20 years of experience in the pharmaceutical industry. Before joining King, he held various financial leadership positions during his 16 year tenure at Bristol-Myers Squibb, including Senior Director, Strategic Analysis for the Worldwide Medicines Group; Director of Finance - US Neuroscience / Infectious Diseases / Dermatology Division; and several other managerial positions within the Worldwide Pharmaceuticals Group. Mr. Golubieski is a CPA and holds a Master's in Business Administration, with distinction and a Bachelor's of Science in Commerce, magna cum laude, from Rider University's College of Business Administration.

Mr. Mark Jacobson, M.A. has been Vice President of Operations at Axsome Therapeutics, Inc since October 2015 and serves as its Secretary. Mr. Jacobson served as Senior Director of Operations from April 2014 to October 2015. Mr. Jacobson served as Director of Corporate Development at Stemline Therapeutics, Inc. Mr. Jacobson's responsibilities spanned investor relations, public relations, corporate operations and intellectual property. Mr. Jacobson began his career in healthcare communications at Publicis Healthcare Communications Group. Mr. Jacobson earned a Master of Arts in Biotechnology from Columbia University and a Bachelor of Science in Biology from Iowa State University

Dr. Randall E. Kaye, MD has been Senior Clinical Advisor of Axsome Therapeutics, Inc. since September 1, 2016 and previously served as its Chief Medical Officer from April 09, 2015 to September 1, 2016. Dr. Kaye served as the Chief Medical Officer and Senior Vice President of Medical Affairs of Avanir Pharmaceuticals, Inc. since March 2007. He served as Vice President of Medical Affairs of Avanir Pharmaceuticals since January 11, 2006 and also served as its Vice President of Clinical and Medical Affairs from November 2006 to February 27, 2007 and focused on providing leadership and vision to the Medical Affairs area and supporting the commercialization of new products from a medical, scientific, regulatory, technical and quality perspective. Prior to joining AVANIR Pharmaceuticals, he served as Vice President of Medical Affairs for Scios Inc., a division of Johnson & Johnson from 2004 to 2006, where he built and integrated a Medical Affairs department consisting of 80 professionals. Prior to joining Johnson & Johnson, he recruited and managed the Medical Affairs department of InterMune, Inc. from 2002 to 2004. Previously, he served for nearly a decade in a variety of Medical Affairs and Marketing positions with Pfizer Inc. He trained in Pediatrics at the University of Massachusetts Medical School and was a Research Fellow in Allergy and Immunology at Harvard Medical School. Dr. Kaye earned his Doctor of Medicine, a Masters in Public Health and Bachelor of Science degrees at George Washington University in Washington, D.C.

Ms. Constance Ames has been Vice President of Finance at Axsome Therapeutics, Inc. since February 2015 and serves its Treasurer. Ms. Ames joined Axsome Therapeutics, Inc. from Keryx Biopharmaceuticals, Inc., which she joined in 2010, where she served most recently as Senior Director, Finance and Accounting. Prior to joining Keryx, she was with Deloitte and Touche, LLP, independent certified public accountants, where she served as a senior associate. Ms. Ames received a Bachelor of Science in accounting from Ithaca College and is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants.
