Dr. Paul Osenar is the CEO of Upstart Power Inc. since December 31, 2017. Dr. Osenar was President of Protonex at Protonex Technology Corporation until December 31, 2017. Dr. Osenar co-founded Protonex Technology Corporation in 2000 and was its Chief Executive Officer since November 5, 2010. He was Executive Director of Protonex Technology Corporation since October 06, 2000. He served as Chief Technology Officer of Protonex Technology Corporation from 2000 to 2010. Dr. Osenar has extensive fuel cell experience that includes proton exchange membrane development and characterization, PEM stack and system design and fueling solutions (4 patents issued, 9 pending). He frequently speaks at industry and scientific meetings about fuel cell technology and industry development. Dr. Osenar has broad experience in the development and productization of advanced materials and systems. Specifically, he has worked in thin films for the electronics industry, traditional polymer synthesis, organic synthesis and novel composite materials synthesis and application in nanotechnology. His educational background is in materials science, engineering, polymer science and organic chemistry. Dr. Osenar received a B.S. from Cornell University and a Ph.D. in Materials Science from the University of Illinois.

Dr. Kevin Colbow has been Vice President of Technology & Product Development at Ballard Power Systems Inc. since February 2016. Dr.Colbow served as Vice President of Engineering Services at Ballard Power Systems Inc. since February 2014. Dr. Colbow's responsibilities include the leadership of Ballard Power's Technology Solutions business segment, including Engineering Services and IP licensing. Dr. Colbow joined Ballard in 1994 and his areas of responsibilities have included research and development, product development, technology portfolio management and product management. He served as Director of Research and Development until March 2010, when Dr. Colbow was appointed Director of Product Management with responsibility for fuel cell stack products. Dr. Colbow has also completed the Certificate Program for Technology Management at the California Institute of Technology and has 23 patents in the area of PEM fuel cells as well as twenty-six published papers. He receipt B.Sc. in Chemical Physics from Simon Fraser University in 1986. Dr. Colbow completed a M.Sc. degree in lithium-Ion rechargeable batteries at the University of British Columbia and in 1992, completed a Ph.D. in photoelectron and soft x-ray spectroscopy on semiconductor surfaces.

Mr. Anthony Robert Guglielmin, also known as Tony, MBA, CFA, BA(Econ), has been the Chief Financial Officer and Vice President of Ballard Power Systems Inc. since June 14, 2010 and June 2010 respectively. Mr. Guglielmin served as a Senior Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of Canada Line Rapid Transit Inc. Prior to CLCO, he served as Vice President of Corporate Development & Strategic Planning at Finning International Inc. since October 2003 and served as its Corporate Treasurer from May 1998 to October 2003. He served as Corporate Treasurer of British Columbia Hydro; and held various management positions with The Bank of Nova Scotia in Toronto. He has been a Member of VGH & UBC Hospital Foundation since 2006 and its Treasurer. He also holds the Chartered Financial Analyst designation and belongs to a number of professional organizations including the Financial Executives Institute. He has been a Director of Information Services Corporation since 2013. He holds a BA degree in Economics and Political Science and an MBA from the McGill University.
