Mr. Philip A. Serlin, also known as Phil, CPA, MBA has been the Chief Executive Officer at BioLineRx, Ltd., since October 10, 2016. Mr. Serlin served as the Chief Financial and Operating Officer of BioLineRx, Ltd. from May 24, 2009 to October 10, 2016 and also served as its Principal Accounting Officer until October 10, 2016. Mr. Serlin served as the Chief Financial Officer and Chief Operating Officer of Kayote Networks, Inc from January 2008 to August 2008. He served as Vice President of Finance at TesCom Software Systems Testing Ltd. from January 2006 to December 31, 2007 and served as its Chief Financial Officer from January 2006 to December 2007. Mr. Serlin joined Tescom from Chiaro Networks Ltd., where he served as Corporate Controller and Finance Manager since 2000 and also served as its Vice President of Finance. From January 2000 to December 2005, he served as Chief Accounting Officer for Chiaro Networks Ltd. He has over 25 years of experience in accounting and finance. He has extensive experience of financial reporting and regulatory affairs. From June 1986 to December 1992, he served as senior accountant/analyst and Technical Accounting Advisor/Investigator at the US Securities and Exchange Commission. He served in a number of senior managerial roles at leading Israeli companies. From January 1994 to December 1999, he served as Senior Manager at Deloitte Touche Tohmatsu (Brightman, Almagor & Co), where he headed the SEC and U.S. accounting department at the Tel Aviv national office. He served senior financial positions with other publicly traded companies, as well as at Deloitte and the Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC). He has been an Independent Director of Vascular Biogenics Ltd. since February 11, 2015. He served as a Director of Vringo, Inc. from May 2010 to July 19, 2012. He served as Director of Kitov Pharmaceuticals Holdings Ltd. since July 2013 until March 2016. He is a Certified Public Accountant. Mr. Serlin is a Member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants and holds a Master of Business Administration from the George Washington University, USA. He holds a Master's degree in Economics and Public Policy from The George Washington University. Mr. Serlin holds a BS Degree in Accounting from Yeshiva University.

Mr. David Malek, MBA has been the Chief Business Officer of BioLineRx, Ltd. since January 2016. Mr. Malek served as Vice President of Business Development at BioLineRx, Ltd. from October 16, 2011 to December 2015. He served in various senior positions at the global pharmaceutical company, Sanofi (EURONEXT: SAN; NYSE: SNY) since 2006. Mr. Malek served as Director of New Products and Business Development at Sanofi's Oncology Unit. Mr. Malek was a Captain in the Israeli Air Force and has a BA from the University of Haifa, Israel, in Statistics and Political Science and MBA from the Tuck School of Business, Dartmouth.

Ms. Mali Zeevi, CPA has been Chief Financial Officer of BioLineRx, Ltd. since October 10, 2016. Ms. Zeevi joined BioLineRx in 2009 as its Director of Finance and Reporting. Ms. Zeevi has served as Senior Director of Finance and Reporting at BioLineRx since 2011. Before joining BioLineRx, Ms. Zeevi was employed at Tescom Software Systems Testing Ltd. and served as its Vice President of Finance. Ms. Zeevi also served as a CPA at Kesselman & Kesselman, a member firm of PricewaterhouseCoopers International Limited. She holds a B.A. in Business and Accountancy from the College of Management Academic Studies in Israel.

Adv. Norman Kotler serves as General Counsel and Corporate Secretary at BioLineRx, Ltd. and has been its Internal Enforcement Officer since February 5, 2012. Adv. Kotler served as a Corporate Secretary and General Counsel of Ceragon Networks Ltd., since August 2004. Prior to joining Ceragon, Adv. Kotler served as General Counsel and Corporate Secretary at Sapiens International Corporation N.V. from 2003 to 2004 and Aprion Digital Ltd. from 2001 to 2003. From 1989 to 2001, he was the Chief Legal Advisor at ECI Telecom Ltd., his last position there being Associate Vice President, Legal Affairs and Corporate Secretary. Before joining ECI Telecom, he was associated with law firms in Israel and in Phoenix, Arizona. He received a J.D. from University of Arizona, an M.A. in history from University of Toronto and a B.A. in history from York University (Toronto).
