Mr. Li Bin, also known as William, is the Founder of Bitauto Holdings Limited and has been its Chairman since 2005. Mr. Bin serves as the Founder at NextEV Inc. In 2000, Mr. Bin Co-founded Beijing Bitauto E-Commerce Co., Ltd. and served as its President until 2006. He served as the Chief Executive Officer of Bitauto Holdings Limited since 2005. In 1996, MBin co-founded Beijing Antarctic Technology Development Co., Ltd. and served as General Manager from 1996to 2000. He serves as a Vice-Chairman of CADA and was recognized by CADA in 2008 as one of the top 10 most influential and distinguished people in China's automobile dealer industry in the past 30years. Mr. Bin has been a Director at Bitauto Holdings Limited since 2005. He served as a Director of Beijing Bitauto E-Commerce Co., Ltd. until 2006 and Beijing Antarctic Technology Development Co. from 1996 to 2000. Mr. Bin received his Bachelor's degree in Sociology from Peking University where he minored in Law.

Mr. Liu Xiaoke has been Senior Vice President of Bitauto Holdings Limited since February 2017. Mr. Xiaoke is responsible for Bitauto's brand, traffic, content and integration between Bitauto Holdings's media and transaction services businesses. Immediately prior to joining Bitauto, he served as General Manager of the Auto Business Division of SINA since 2014. Previously, he held various senior positions in the online automobile industry, including at iFeng and Sohu. Mr. Xiaoke holds a bachelor's degree in Business Administration from the University of Luton in England.

Ms. Kun He also known as Cynthia, has been Chief Financial Officer at Bitauto Holdings Limited since September 19, 2016. Ms. Cynthia joined Bitauto from Deutsche Bank China where she ran corporate communications for the past four years. Ms. Cynthia was a Credit Analyst of S&P Global Ratings Inc. Prior to becoming a financial communications specialist, Ms. Cynthia worked in Ogilvy Public Relations. Formerly, as the head of Baidu's IR department, she helped take home international awards for its IPO communications as well as its overall IR program. She serves as a Director of Brunswick Group LLP. Since joining Brunswick Beijing in 2008, she has been involved in a range of cross-border communications assignments, including IPOs and ongoing investor relations for Chinese companies seeking capital in the United States, as well as corporate reputation management in China for multinational companies. She also served as Chief China Representative for Ignite! Learning, a leading US educational multimedia courseware provider. She has a Master of Business Administration degree from Columbia University and a BA from New York University's Stern School of Business.
