Mr. Jeffery A. Baird has been the Chief Financial Officer of CAS Medical Systems, Inc., since January 2004 and serves as its Principal Accounting Officer and Secretary. Mr. Baird was the Treasurer at Respironics Novametrix, LLC since October 1999 and was its Corporate Controller since February 1993. He served as the Director of Budgets and Financial Analysis and Chief Financial Officer at Respironics Novametrix, LLC. His responsibilities with CAS Medical Systems Inc. include directing the organization's financial planning, accounting practices and financial relationships. Mr. Baird joined CAS after over 20 years in the medical manufacturing industry, where he served as the Vice President of Administration and Chief Financial Officer of QDx Inc., a developer of novel medical diagnostic products. He was Manager of Financial Analysis at Philips Medical Systems Inc. Mr. Baird has extensive experience in all facets of financial operations and performance including budgeting and planning, acquisition evaluation and implementation and working capital management.

Mr. John Gamelin, Ph.D., has been Vice President of Research and Development at CAS Medical Systems Inc., since December 2012. Dr. Gamelin has more than 20 years of experience inventing and developing optical, acoustic and electronic instrumentation, from research concept to commercial production. Prior to joining CASMED, he served as Research Assistant Professor at the University of Connecticut in its Biomedical Engineering program, where he conducted research on novel optical, ultrasound and radiation imaging modalities for cancer detection and diagnostics. Previously, as a co-founder and Vice President of Engineering for Tellium, an optical switching company, Gamelin was a key player in driving that company from start-up to over $100 million in revenues in just four years. At Tellium, Dr. Gamelin ultimately led a development organization of over 200 professionals through major releases of various products, including the largest capacity optical switch available commercially. He began his career as a Senior Scientist at Bellcore, the research and engineering organization for the Regional Bell Operating Companies. He holds four U.S. patents in optical cross-connects and switching technology and several patent applications in biomedical imaging and medical instrumentation. He is the author or co-author of more than 50 publications on topics that include biomedical imaging and laser transmitters. Dr. Gamelin received his Ph.D. in electrical engineering from the University of California, Berkeley and his B.S. in electrical engineering from the University of Florida, Gainesville, graduating with distinction as Valedictorian.

Karen Harris-Coleman serves as the Executive Vice President International of CAS Medical Systems. Karen started at CAS Medical Systems in May of 2014. Karen currently resides in Greater Memphis Area.

Nick Cordaro serves as the Area Vice President Of Sales of CAS Medical Systems. Nick started at CAS Medical Systems in August of 2016. Nick currently resides in Washington D.C. Metro Area.

Patrick Helfrich serves as the Vice President of Global Marketing of CAS Medical Systems. Patrick started at CAS Medical Systems in November of 2014. Patrick currently resides in Greater New York City Area.

Jill Szwedko serves as the Area Vice President - West of CAS Medical Systems. Jill started at CAS Medical Systems in July of 2017. Jill currently resides in the Greater Seattle Area.
