Mr. T. Kelley Spillane has been a Senior Vice President of Global Sales at Castle Brands Inc. (formerly Great Spirits Company, LLC) since June 2013. Mr. Spillane joined Castle Brands Inc., in April 1, 2000. From April 1, 2000 to December 2003, he served as Vice President of Sales of Great Spirits Company and was appointed Executive Vice President of U.S. Sales in December 2003. Mr. Spillane served at Carillon Importers Limited, a division of Grand Metropolitan PLC. At Carillon, Mr. Spillane served as Assistant Manager for its control states and duty free divisions and was promoted to director of special accounts, focusing on expanding sales in national accounts. Mr. Spillane holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from Ramapo College in 1985.

Mr. Alfred J. Small has been the Chief Financial Officer and Treasurer of Castle Brands Inc. since November 15, 2007 and has been its Secretary and Senior Vice President since January 2009. Mr. Small has been the Principal Accounting Officer of Castle Brands Inc. since October 2006. Mr. Small served as Vice President and Controller of Castle Brands since March 2007 until November 2007. He joined Castle Brands in October 2004. From February 1999 to October 2004, Mr. Small served in various accounting roles, including Senior Accountant at Grodsky Caporrino & Kaufman, CPA PC. He received a Bachelors of Science from the State University of New York in 1997 and is a Certified Public Accountant.

Mr. John S. Glover has been the Chief Operating Officer of Castle Brands Inc. since January 2009. Mr. Glover served as Chief Operating Officer of US Operations of Castle Brands Inc., from October 2008 to January 2009. Mr. Glover served as Senior Vice President of Marketing of Castle Brands from February 2008 to October 2008. He joined Castle Brands in February 2008. He has nearly 30 years experience in brand development and marketing in the spirits industry. Prior to Castle Brands, Mr. Glover served as Senior Vice President Commercial Management of Remy Cointreau USA, where he was responsible for business development and analysis, strategic planning, marketing services and sales strategy. Earlier in his career, he was employed with International Distillers and Vintners and Somerset Importers and served in various roles in marketing and brand management. Mr. Glover holds both Undergraduate and MBA degrees from Dartmouth College.

Mr. Mark Edwin Andrews, III, is the Founder at Castle Brands Inc. in 1998. Mr. Andrews served as the Chief Executive Officer of Castle Brands Inc., from December 2003 to November 15, 2007 and its President from December 2003 to November 2005. Mr. Andrews founded American Exploration Company in 1980 and served as its Chairman and Chief Executive Officer from 1980 to October 1997. He has been the Chairman and Director of Castle Brands Inc. (formerly Great Spirits Company, LLC) since December 2003. Mr. Andrews is a Director and Chairman of Compensation & Stock Incentive Committee at IVAX LLC since 1987. Mr. Andrews served as a Director of Louis Dreyfus Natural Gas Corp., since October 1997. He also served as the Vice Chairman of the Board of American Exploration Company. He serves as a life trustee of New York Presbyterian Hospital in New York City. Mr. Andrews received a Bachelor of Arts from Harvard College in 1972 and Master of Business Administration from Harvard Business School in 1975.

Ms. Maria Alejandra Pena Mariani has been Senior Vice President of Marketing at Castle Brands Inc. since September 2011 and served as its Brand Director of Pallini and is responsible for the marketing of all of it's brands globally. Ms. Pena has direct responsibility for overseeing the marketing of Pallini liqueurs in the United States. Ms. Pena has 15 years experience in strategy, brand development and marketing in the spirits and wine industry. Prior to joining Castle Brands, Ms. Pena served as Marketing Vice President for Liqueurs and Spirits for Remy Cointreau USA, where she was responsible for the marketing of Cointreau Liqueur and Mount Gay Rum in addition to other brands. In her career, she served with Banfi and served as Marketing Director of Italian Estate Wines. She started her career as a strategic consultant and is fluent in English, Spanish and Italian.

Mr. E. Malcolm B. Gosling has been President and Chief Executive Officer of Gosling-Castle Partners Inc., since April 2005, a export venture of Castle Brands Inc. As President of Gosling-Castle Partners Inc. Mr. Gosling oversees the global exports of the Goslings rum brands into the United States and various other markets. Since 2003 he served as President of Gosling Export (Bermuda) Limited, a Bermuda based company responsible for the production and shipping of Goslings rum and serves as a Director of the Bermuda holding company. Since 1989, Mr. Gosling also served as the Vice President and Managing Director of Gosling Brothers Limited, the parent company of Gosling Export (Bermuda). Mr. Gosling has been active with the family business for over 20 years and represents the seventh generation of his family to be active in the business. Mr. Gosling received a bachelor of arts degree from Boston College in 1985.
