Mr. Douglas J. Haas, also known as Doug, has been the President and Chief Operating Officer of CCA Industries Inc. since April 12, 2016. Mr. Haas served as the President, Chief Operating Officer and Chief Logistics Officer of Ultimark Products, LLC. He joined Creative Concepts Holdings in February 2004. He has spent the 18 years working for specialty manufacturing companies in many different key roles. His most recent positions prior to joining Ultimark Products were with Westcode Inc. U.S. (A division of Westinghouse Brake and Single U.K.). As the Director of Quality Control, Manufacturing and Sales / Marketing, he was instrumental in Westcodes many achievements during this time period; ISO 9000 certification, overall 30% cost reduction in the manufactured goods and the largest HVAC system contract ever awarded by NYC Transit. He severed on the Board Directors for Westcode Inc. Mr. Haas is also a U.S. Navy veteran and proudly served aboard the USS Midway CV41, USS Canopus AS34 and Instructor US Naval Academy.

Mr. Stephen A. Heit, also known as Steve, has been Chief Financial Officer and Executive Vice President of CCA Industries Inc. since March 2006 and 2006 respectively and serves as its Corporate Secretary and Treasurer. He served as Principal Accounting Officer at CCA Industries Inc. Mr. Heit served as the President at CCA Industries Inc. since February 2013 served as its Treasurer. Mr. Heit joined CCA in May 2005 as Executive Vice President of Operations. He served as Vice President - Business Strategies for Del Laboratories, Inc., a consumer products company that was listed on the American stock exchange, from 2003 to 2005. Mr. Heit served as President of AM Cosmetics, Inc. from 2001 to 2003, as Chief Financial Officer from 1998 to 2003 and Corporate Secretary to the Board of Directors from 1999 to 2003. From 1986 to 1997, he served as the Chief Financial Officer of Pavion Limited and also served on the Board of Directors. He has been a Director at CCA Industries Inc. since September 5, 2014. He also served as a Director of Loeb House, Inc., a non-profit organization serving mentally handicapped adults from 1987 to 1995 and Director of Nyack Hospital Foundation from 1993 to 1995. He received a Bachelor of Science from Dominican College in 1976, with additional graduate work in Professional Accounting at Fordham University from 1976 - 1978 and is an MBA Candidate at the University of Connecticut Graduate Business School.
