Ms. Vicky Hahne has been Chief Financial Officer of Celcuity, LLC since July 5, 2017 and serves as its Principal Accounting Officer. Prior to joining Celcuity, Ms. Hahne served as Controller of Respiratory Technologies Inc., a medical device manufacturer, from 2015 to 2017. Ms. Hahne served as Controller of Creative Publishing International and Accounting Manager of Carlisle Plastics. She is a graduate of Northern State University in South Dakota. She has more than 20 years of financial leadership experience, including the 10 years in the healthcare industry. In 2014, she served as Controller for Ability Network Inc., a healthcare information technology company. From 2007 to 2012, Ms. Hahne served as Controller of Sterilmed Inc., a medical device reprocessing company. Prior to these roles, Ms. Hahne held several senior financial positions at SimonDelivers Inc., including Chief Financial Officer. Ms. Hahne served as Head, Financial Affairs and Vice President, Finance of CobornsDelivers, LLC (also known as Simondelivers, Inc.) since April 2004. Ms. Hahne was team member of SimonDelivers since September 27, 2000. Ms. Hahne has extensive experience in early stage, high growth companies with responsibilities including financial controls and stewardship, financial analysis, mergers and acquisitions, building infrastructure and systems. She received a B.S. degree in Finance and Accounting from Northern State University and received her Certified Public Accountant certificate in 1990.

Ms. Laura Beggrow, RN has been Chief Commercial Officer of Celcuity, LLC. since June 2016. Ms. Beggrow focuses on laying the initial foundation for the successful commercialization of Celcuity's first CELx tests. She possesses more than 20 years of leadership experience in the biotechnology, pharmaceutical and molecular diagnostics industry. She has led numerous, successful product launches and her experience includes serving as President, Chief Commercial Officer and Vice President of Sales & Marketing of several molecular diagnostics companies. She served as the President of Strand Diagnostics, LLC since January 2013. Ms. Beggrow served as Vice President of U.S. Sales and Marketing at Genomic Health, she built and led a team of over 130 sales and marketing professionals that worked with medical oncologists and surgeons specializing in treating breast cancer. She has experience in commercializing molecular diagnostic testing for breast and prostate cancers. She received a Bachelor of Science in Nursing Degree from The Ohio State University.

Dr. Lance G. Laing, Ph.D., is a Co-Founder of Celcuity, LLC. and has been its Chief Science Officer, Vice President, Secretary and Director since 2012. Dr. Laing career spans more than 15 years in drug discovery research and technology development. He has received 17 U.S. patents and has an additional 31 PCT patents pending. His drug discovery research career began at Scriptgen/Anadys Pharmaceuticals (purchased by Novartis), where he worked under Professor Peter Kim, the recently retired president of Merck Research Laboratories. He served as a Director of Chemistry and Bioapplications and Director of Detection Product Development. Most recently, he served as an Executive Director for an International Drug Discovery and Development Company. Dr. Laing received his doctorate in Biophysics and Biochemistry from The Johns Hopkins University and completed a National Institutes of Health postdoctoral fellowship at Washington University Medical School.
