Mr. Mark D. Roberson has been the Chief Operations Officer of Chanticleer Holdings, Inc. since May 2015. Mr. Roberson joined Chanticleer Holdings, Inc. from PokerTek (PTEK), a NASDAQ-listed gaming technology company. He served as Chief Executive Officer of PokerTek, Inc. since February 22, 2010 and also served as its Principal Accounting Officer. Mr. Roberson served as the Chief Financial Officer and Treasurer of PokerTek, Inc. since October 2007. He served as Acting Chief Executive Officer of PokerTek, Inc., from May 29, 2009 to February 22, 2010. He joined PokerTek from Baker & Taylor Inc., a leading distributor of books and entertainment products, where he served as Vice President and Controller and was responsible for all financial reporting and accounting functions. Prior to his employment at Baker & Taylor, he served as Director of Financial Reporting at Curtiss-Wright Controls from January 2005 to November 2006 and Director of Finance for the Manufacturing & Distribution operations at Krispy Kreme Doughnuts, Inc. from October 2002 to January 2005. From July 1996 to October 2002, he served in various financial management roles with LifeStyle Furnishings International, Ltd. Mr. Roberson served as Audit Manager of Coopers & Lybrand LLP. He has over 20 years of financial and operational management experience, including Curtiss-Wright, Inc. He has been a Director of Auxilio Inc. since May 23, 2016. Mr. Roberson is a Certified Public Accountant. He received his MBA from Wake Forest University in 2001 and BS degree in Economics and Accounting from Southern Methodist University and UNC-Greensboro, respectively.

Mr. Richard Adams, also known as Rich, has been President and Chief Operating Officer of American Roadside Burgers, Inc. at Chanticleer Holdings, Inc. since October 28, 2013. Mr. Adams joined the leadership team with more than 35 years of experience in the restaurant industry. In his 10-year tenure at Bojangles' Restaurants, Mr. Adams served in several different capacities including Director of Training, Vice President of Franchise Operations and for the past 5 years Regional Vice President of Company Operations where he led Bojangles' core market in Charlotte, NC. Mr. Adams worked through the ranks at CKE Restaurants to become Regional Vice President and later, Area Vice President for a Burger King Franchisee in Louisiana leading 100 restaurants.

Eric Lederer serves as the CFO of Chanticleer Holdings, Inc.. Eric started at Chanticleer Holdings, Inc. in Jun of 2012. Eric currently resides in the Charlotte, North Carolina Area.

Adrian Oca serves as the Regional Vice President of Operations of Chanticleer Holdings, Inc.. Adrian started at Chanticleer Holdings, Inc. in Feb of 2014. Adrian currently resides in the Portland, Oregon Area.
