Dr. Yoav Kimchy Founded Check-Cap Ltd. in April 2004 and has been its Chief Technology Officer and Director since April 2009. Dr. Kimchy founded Check-Cap LLC in December 2004 and served as its President and Chief Executive Officer until March 2008 and as its President and Chief Technical Officer since March 2008. From 2005 to 2012, Dr. Kimchy also served as Vice President of Research and Development at CheckCap Ltd. From 2000 to 2003, Dr. Kimchy served as the Vice President of Research and Development of V-Target Ltd. From 1998 to 2000, Dr. Kimchy served as Director of Cardiovascular Research at Impulse Dynamics Ltd. (Israel), a medical device company developing a unique therapeutic pulsing technology for chronic heart failure. From 1994 to 1998, Dr. Kimchy served as a systems engineer and algorithm specialist for an Israeli government contract project with the Israeli Navy. Dr. Kimchy also served as a lieutenant in the Israeli Navy. Dr. Kimchy served as Director of Check-Cap Ltd. (Delaware), the manager of Check-Cap LLC, from December 2004 to December 01, 2015. Dr. Kimchy holds a B.Sc. degree in physics and mathematics from the Hebrew University of Jerusalem, an M.Sc. degree in biomedical engineering from Tel Aviv University and a PhD from the Technion-Israel Institute of Technology.

Mr. Lior Torem has been the Chief Financial Officer of Check-Cap Ltd. since May 2010 and serves as its Principal Accounting Officer. Mr. Torem served as Chief Financial Officer at Tigo Energy Inc. From 2005 to 2008, he served as Vice President of finance at Actelis Networks Inc. He served as Vice President of Finance and Administration at Actelis Networks, Inc. Mr. Torem has more than 10 years of accounting and finance experience to Actelis Networks. Mr. Torem also held various finance executive positions, including Vice President of Finance at Actelis Networks Ltd. Mr. Torem served as Corporate Controller at Gilat Communications Ltd., where he was responsible for budgets, accounting, worldwide banking and led the financial efforts for its successful IPO. He holds a B.A. degree in Accounting and Economics from Bar-Ilan University and has been a Certified Public Accountant since 1996.

Mr. Alex Ovadia has been Vice President of Research & Development at Check-Cap Ltd. since joining in January 2013. Mr. Ovadia has been Chief Operating Officer at Check-Cap Ltd. since July 1, 2015 and served as its Israeli Site Manager. He has 11 years of experience in managing complex R&D projects in Philips Medical. Mr. Ovadia served as Global Manager for CT systems, including Systems Engineering, Physics & Verification engineering, Global CT Engineering staff member and member of Philips Medical Israel management. He served in various developments management positions during his 10 years at Elbit Systems. Mr. Ovadia holds a bachelor's degree in Electrical engineering from the Technion, Israel.
