Mr. Patrick K. Mullen, also known as Pat, has been the Chief Executive Officer and President of Chicago Bridge & Iron Company N.V since July 1, 2017. Mr. Mullen served as Chief Operating Officer of Chicago Bridge & Iron Company N.V. since September 20, 2016 until July 1, 2017. Mr. Mullen served as Executive Vice President and President of Engineering & Construction Operating Group at Chicago Bridge & Iron Company N.V. since December 12, 2013 until September 20, 2016. Mr. Mullen began his career as a development engineer at UOP LLC, where he progressed through various management roles over 12 years. He has 30 years of experience in energy infrastructure. He served as an Executive Vice President of Corporate Development at Chicago Bridge & Iron Company from February 2013 to December 12, 2013. He joined CB&I through the ABB Lummus acquisition in 2007 and served as its Senior Vice President of Business Development for Technology from 2007 to 2013. He joined ABB Lummus Global in 1998, where he served as the Head of Lummus' Petrochemical Technology Group. He served as an Executive Vice President of Corporate Development at Lummus Technology Inc. since February 2013. He has been a Director of Vectren Corporation since October 1, 2014. He has been Director at National Safety Council since September 24, 2017. He serves as a Director of Interfaith of The Woodlands. Mr. Mullen holds a Bachelor's Degree in Chemical Engineering from the University of Notre Dame in 1986 and an MBA from Northwestern's Kellogg Graduate School of Management in 1997.

Mr. Daniel M. McCarthy has been Executive Vice President of Technology at Chicago Bridge & Iron Company N.V. since September 2016. Mr. McCarthy served as the President of Technology Operating Group at Chicago Bridge & Iron Company N.V. since 2009 and also served as its Executive Vice President since December 2001 until September 2016. Mr. McCarthy has more than 37 years of experience in the engineering and construction industry. He served as an Executive Vice President of Lummus Technology at Chicago Bridge & Iron Company N.V. from 2007 to December 2008 and also served as its President of Lummus Technology since January 2009 and President of Technology from 2007 to 2009. He served as Senior Vice President of Lummus Process Technologies of Lummus Technology Inc., since January 2009 and its Executive Vice President since February 2013. He joined Lummus Technology in November 2007 as part of the acquisition of Lummus Global. He joined Lummus in 1974 as a Process Engineer and was involved in the design of first-of-a-kind plants for the pharmaceutical and inorganic chemical industries. After leading a number of design teams on styrenics projects at Lummus, he moved into a process licensing role. From 1980 to 1990, he held various product and regional (Far East) marketing leadership positions. Starting in 1990, he held various general management positions in the Lummus Technology business. In 2006 and 2007, he was responsible for the Lummus Houston EPC Execution Center. Mr. McCarthy holds Bachelor's and Master's Degrees in Chemical Engineering from Manhattan College. He also earned an MBA from Pace University.

Mr. Westley S. Stockton has been the Chief Accounting Officer, Vice President and Controller at Chicago Bridge & Iron Company N.V since September 2008. Mr. Stockton joined Chicago Bridge & Iron in 2002 as Director of Mergers and Acquisitions. He served as an Executive Vice President at Chicago Bridge & Iron Company N.V. He served as Vice President of Financial Operations at Chicago Bridge & Iron from 2006 to 2008 and also served as its Vice President and Area Director of USA Financial Operations until 2008. He served in the public accounting firms of PricewaterhouseCoopers and Arthur Andersen. Prior to joining CB&I, he worked for two large accounting firms in audit-related roles. He has been a Director of The Shaw Group Inc. since February 13, 2013. Mr. Stockton is a Certified Public Accountant.

Mr. Richard W. Heo has been Executive Vice President of Fabrication Services at Chicago Bridge & Iron Company N.V. since October 19, 2017. Mr. Heo has extensive commercial and operations experience. Prior to his current role, he served as Group Vice President of Fabrication Services, International, where he led all project and construction management, fabrication shops and tool and equipment supply yards outside the Americas, as well as all heater, gas processing, hydrogen and sulfur projects worldwide. Before joining CB&I, Mr. Heo was Vice President of Global Sales for the Technology business unit at KBR. Prior to that, he worked for 10 years with Nalco Company (Ecolab), growing the process and water treatment chemical business. Mr. Heo holds a bachelor's degree in biochemistry from Trinity University, a master's degree in business administration from Tulane University and a Doctor of Philosophy in organic chemistry from the University of Houston.

Ms. Kirsten B. David, also known as Kerry, has been Chief Legal Officer and Executive Vice President at Chicago Bridge & Iron Company N.V. since February 16, 2017 and served as its Interim Chief Legal Officer and Interim General Counsel since December 12, 2016 until February 16, 2017. Ms. David served as Compliance Counsel of Chicago Bridge & Iron Company N.V. She has worked for the Chicago Bridge & Iron Company N.V for sixteen years as an Attorney in various capacities.

Ms. Christine Thoms, also known as Christi, has been Chief Innovation Officer at Chicago Bridge & Iron Company N.V. since September 2016 and has been its Senior Vice President of Corporate Planning since March 2009. Ms. Thoms served as the Vice President of Corporate Planning and Manager of Investor Relations at Chicago Bridge & Iron Company N.V.

Mr. Luciano Reyes has been Senior Vice President at Chicago Bridge & Iron Company N.V. (CB&I) since 2015 and also has been its Treasurer since February 2006. Mr. Reyes served as Vice President of Chicago Bridge & Iron Company N.V. since February 2006. He previously holding positions of increasing responsibility in CB&I's Treasury Department since joining in 1998. He served as Manager of Treasury Operations at CBIC until February 2006. He joined CBIC in December 1998 and held positions of increasing responsibility in CB&I's Treasury Department and served as a Treasury Analyst. Prior to joining CB&I, he held financial positions with USG and with several financial institutions. He has been a Director of The Shaw Group Inc. since February 13, 2013.

Mr. Duncan N. Wigney has been Executive Vice President of Engineering & Construction at Chicago Bridge & Iron Company N.V. since December 2016. Mr. Wigney has 30 years of engineering, procurement and construction experience including project portfolio management in offshore, pipelines, LNG, refining and gas processing. He served as Group Vice President of Engineering & Construction for CB&I's International operations and served other senior-level engineering, project management and business development roles with the company. Before joining CB&I, Mr. Wigney served in similar roles at Kvaerner Process Ltd., John Brown Engineers and Brown and Root Ltd. Mr. Wigney holds a Bachelor's Degree in civil engineering from Imperial College London and a Master's Degree in project management from Cranfield University in Cranfield, England.

Mr. James W. Sabin, Jr., also known as Jim, has been an Executive Vice President of Global Operations Services at Chicago Bridge & Iron Company N.V. since December 12, 2013 and served as its Executive Vice President of Global Systems since December 12, 2013. Mr. Sabin has responsibility for quality, project controls, project risk assessment and health, safety and environmental. He has more than 30 years of experience in project execution and information technology. He served as Senior Vice President of Global Systems Chicago Bridge & Iron Company N.V. from February 2013 to December 2013 and also served as its Senior Vice President of Power. He joined CB&I in 2013. He previously held several senior leadership positions with increasing levels of responsibility within Shaw. He served as Senior Vice President of Global Systems and Senior President of The Shaw Group Inc.'s Power Group. Mr. Sabin joined Shaw through its 2000 acquisition of Stone & Webster, which he joined in 1982. Mr. Sabin earned a Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering from Northeastern University in Boston.
