Mr. Yu Cheng has been the Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of Chunghwa Telecom Co., Ltd. since December 15, 2016. Mr. Cheng is an Editor-in-chief, Deputy President and Chief Writer of Commercial Times. He served as the President of Taiwan Television Enterprise, Corp. from 2002 to 2006. Mr. Cheng served as the President of The Association of Terrestrial Television Networks, Taiwan, R.O.C. He serves as the Chairman of Radio Taiwan International. He served as the Chairman of Central Broadcasting System at Danen Technology Corporation. He served as the Vice Chairman of the Fair Trade Commission of Executive Yuan from 2001 to 2002. He served as an Independent Director of Danen Technology Corporation from November 27, 2009 to April 01, 2017. He served as a director of Fair Trade Commission. He has been a Director of Chunghwa Telecom Co. Ltd., since August 2016 and also a Director since June 15, 2007 until March 2009. He serves as a Director of Formosa Petrochemical, Independent Director of Formosa Advanced Technologies Company and Independent Director of Formosa Taffeta Co., Ltd. He served as an Executive Director of China Television. Mr. Cheng holds a Masters of Business Administration degree from National Cheng Chi University and Bachelor's Degree in Economics from National Taiwan University in Taiwan.

Mr. Chi-Mau Sheih has been the President of Chunghwa Telecom Co., Ltd. since January 4, 2017 and its Senior Executive Vice President since November 1, 2017. Mr. Sheih served as an Interim Chief Financial Officer of Chunghwa Telecom Co., Ltd. since June 1, 2017. He served as Senior Executive Vice President of Chunghwa Telecom Co., Ltd. until January 4, 2017. Mr. Sheih served as an Executive Vice President of Chunghwa Telecom Co., Ltd. and its President of Southern Taiwan Business Group. He served as the President of the Department of Network from September 2001 to January 2004. He also served as Assistant Vice President of Chunghwa Telecom Co. and Deputy Manager of Chunghwa Telecom Co.'s Central TaiwanBusiness Group from January 2004 to September 2006. He has been Director of Chunghwa Telecom Co., Ltd. since January 25, 2017. Mr. Sheih holds a Master of Business Administration degree from the National Taiwan University.

Mr. Shui-Yi Kuo has been Senior Executive Vice President of Finance and Chief Financial Officer of Chunghwa Telecom Co., Ltd. since August 9, 2017. Mr. Kuo served as a Senior executive vice president at Chunghwa Telecom Co., Ltd. He served as Vice President of Accounting at Chunghwa Telecom Co., Ltd. until October 31, 2013 and previoulsy served as its Accounting Department Incharge. Mr. Kuo served as the Chief Investment Officer in the headquarters of Chunghwa Telecom. He served as President of Light Era Development Co., Chunghwa's real estate subsidiary. Mr. Kuo has extensive experience and strong expertise in best practice financial implementation and strategic investment planning. He holds a Master's degree of Accounting from National Chengchi University.
