Mr. Gregory Tylee, also known as Greg, serves as a Managing Director at Second City Capital Partners. Mr. Tylee joined Second City in May 2010 and is responsible for sourcing, underwriting and acquiring properties throughout the United States and has deep relationships with real estate operators, lenders and brokers. Mr. Tylee has been the President and Chief Operating Officer of City Office REIT, Inc. since February 1, 2016. Mr. Tylee served as the President and Chief Operating Officer of City Office Real Estate Management Inc, advisor of City Office Reit, Inc. from April 2014 to February 1, 2016. He also served as a Vice President at Ken Folwer Enterprises Ltd. Mr. Tylee serves as the Vice President of Development for several projects including Red Leaves Muskoka and the Prudhommes Landing development. He served as a Vice President of Acquisitions and President for Bosa Properties Inc. from May 2008 to October 2012. As President, Mr. Tylee was involved in all aspects of Bosa's decision-making with a primary responsibility for growing the business through new acquisitions. He championed the successful restructuring of Jameson House. Mr. Tylee was the Controller and Chief Financial Officer at a nationally recognized construction company. He also worked in various capacities within the service sector. Mr. Tylee has over 15 years of private equity and diverse real estate experience that includes acquisitions of various types of income producing property as well as high-rise development. He has been involved in real estate transactions with a combined enterprise value of approximately $1.5 billion over the course of his career. Mr. Tylee is a chartered accountant and received a bachelor's degree in accounting from Brock University.

Mr. Anthony Maretic, also known as Tony, C.A., has been Chief Financial Officer, Secretary and Treasurer of City Office REIT, Inc. since February 1, 2016. Mr. Maretic served as the Chief Financial Officer, Secretary and Treasurer of City Office Real Estate Management Inc, former advisor of City Office Reit, Inc. from April 2014 to February 1, 2016. Mr. Maretic served as Consultant of Second City Capital LP since 2013. He served as the Chief Financial Officer of Wilkinson Good Neighbor Communities Real Estate Investment Trust (also known as Wilkinson Good Neighbor Communities REIT) from December 2005 to October 2006. He has over 15 years of experience in senior financial and operational roles, of which 10 years were spent within the real estate industry. He served as Director of Process Improvement and Internal Audit for Bentall Capital Limited Partnership and was the Manager of Financial Reporting. From 1993 to 1997, he was with Deloitte & Touche as a Senior Auditor where he planned and executed financial audits. Prior to joining the Second City Group in May of 2013, he served as the Chief Operating Officer and Chief Financial Officer of Earls Restaurants Ltd. from 2006 to March of 2013. Mr. Maretic has also held several financial management positions with Bentall Capital Limited Partnership. He is a Chartered Accountant. Mr. Maretic received a Bachelor's degree in Commerce and Business Administration from the University of British Columbia in 1993 and obtained his Chartered Accountant designation in 1996.
