Mr. Sean O. Burton serves as Chief Executive Officer, President and Chief Operating Officer of CityView. He has been with CityView since 2003 and serving as the Chief Executive Officer. Mr. Burton manages CityView's platform and operations. Mr. Burton serves as the President of the Board of Commissioner at Los Angeles World Airports and has been its Commissioner since August 13, 2013. Prior to joining CityView, he served as a Vice President of corporate business development and strategy at Warner Bros. Before that, Mr. Burton was an Attorney in the real estate and corporate groups of O'Melveny & Myers, LLP and served in the White House during the Clinton Administration. Mr. Burton served as the President and Chief Operating Officer of CVI Energy Corporation Limited. He also serves as a Board Member at CityView. He has over 15 years of experience in real estate and equity investments. Mr. Burton received Juris Doctor, cum laude from New York University School of Law in 1997 and a Bachelor of Arts specializing in social ecology from University of California, Irvine in 1993.

Mr. Mike Van Etten serves as a Senior Director of Construction at CityView. He oversees City View's construction activities in the Western United States. Prior to joining CityView, Mr. Etten served over 11 years as Vice President of Design and Construction for Forest City followed by 2 years as Senior Vice President of Construction for MacFarlane Partners where he collectively participated on the development of over 2,500 units throughout the western United States. He has over 25 years of experience in the development of multifamily projects, including all types of construction as well as experience in adaptive reuse and historic preservation. Mr. Etten holds a Bachelor's of Science in Business Administration from the University of Arizona.

Ms. Robin Batra serves as a Vice President of Asset Management, Multifamily Operations at CityView. She joined CityView in 2013 and is responsible for asset management oversight of multifamily properties in California, Colorado and Texas, including retail. Prior to joining CityView, Ms. Batra served as Regional Director of asset management with Pacific Urban Residential where she oversaw a multi-state portfolio. Her experience also includes serving as the President of Kettler Management in McLean, Virginia, where she grew the property management firm from 700 units to over 8,000 units, with a pipeline of an additional 4,000 units of Class A development. Ms. Batra has more than 20 years of multifamily asset and property management experience in market rate, value add rehab, affordable and development. She attended Stephens College, with dual majors in Psychology and French.

Mr. Damian Gancman serves as a Chief Financial Officer at CityView since September 2005. He manages the finance, accounting and reporting processes for the company and coordinates the functions with CityView's fund managers. Prior to joining CityView in 2005, Mr. Gancman was at PricewaterhouseCoopers in Los Angeles. He holds a Masters in Real Estate Development specializing in real estate from the University of Southern California in 2010 and a BS and BA degree in Business Administration and Psychology from University of California, Berkeley, Haas School of Business in 2002.

Mr. Anthony L. Cardoza, also known as Tony, serves as a Managing Director since December 2011 and a Senior Vice President at CityView. He joined the firm in 2011 and is responsible for CityView's development and investment activities throughout the West Coast. During this time, he has been involved in the acquisition or development of over 2,100 Class A apartment units in urban infill areas located in major population centers. Previously, he ran the investment group for Real Estate Capital Partners. Prior to that, he worked for Prometheus Real Estate Group in a land and multi-family acquisitions role on the West Coast. Mr. Cardoza served as a Senior Associate at Watermill Ventures. He joined the firm in 2000 from Burnham Pacific Properties. Mr. Cardoza joined Burnham Pacific in 1998 upon the completion of his M.B.A. and underwrote the acquisition of over $1 billion in properties, at the company. After completion of his graduation, Mr. Cardoza joined a food products company and eventually became Director of West Coast Operations. During his term as Director, he established production contracts, distribution systems, and implemented the marketing strategy that transformed the division into the most profitable in the company. Mr. Cardoza received his M.B.A. in real estate in 1998 from the University of California at Berkeley's Haas School of Business and a Bachelor of Arts in Economics and Spanish from Middlebury College in 1992.

Mr. Henry G. Cisneros, Ph.D. serves as Owner at Siebert Brandford Shank & Co., L.L.C. since November 2015. Mr. Cisneros is the Founder of Cityview America since 2005. He serves as Chairman of Cityview America. Mr. Cisneros serves as the Chairman of San Antonio Hispanic Chamber of Commerce. He serves as a Member of the National Advisory Council at Rebuilding Together Inc. He serves as a Director of La Quinta Inns & Suites since August 2013. Mr. Cisneros is the Founder of American CityVista. He serves as a Trustee of American Film Institute. He co-founded the firm in 2000. Mr. Cisneros served as President and Chief Operating Officer of Univision Communications. He has served as President of the National League of Cities. Mr. Cisneros served as President and Chief Operating Officer at Univision Holdings, Inc. He served as Chairman of American CityVista from August 2000 to June 2005. He served as Director at Univision Holdings, Inc. from January 1997 to August 2000. He served as Secretary of the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD) since 1992. Mr. Cisneros serves as Deputy Chair of the Federal Reserve Bank of Dallas. He serves as a Member of Advisory Board at AVANCE, Inc. and Mobile Corporation. Mr. Cisneros has been a Director at Univision Holdings, Inc. since June 2007. He has been a Director of Univision Communications Inc. since June 2007 and La Quinta Corporation since August 22, 2013. Mr. Cisneros has been a Director at La Quinta Holdings Inc. since February 2014. He served as a Director of Live Nation Entertainment, Inc. from December 2005 to December 18, 2007 and Countrywide Financial Corp. from 2001 to October 24, 2007. Mr. Cisneros served as a Vice Chairman of New America Alliance. He served as a Director of KB Home and Initiative for a Competitive Inner City. In 1981, Mr. Cisneros became the first Hispanic-American mayor of a major U.S. city, San Antonio, Texas. Mr. Cisneros was subsequently elected to four terms. He served as an Executive Chairman of CVI Energy Corporation Limited. He was honored by the National Housing Conference as the Housing Person of the Year. Mr. Cisneros holds Masters in Arts and Bachelors in Arts in Urban and Regional Planning from Texas A&M University and a Master's degree in Public Administration from the John F. Kennedy School of Government at Harvard University, studied Urban Economics at the Massachusetts Institute of Technology and Doctorate in Public Administration from George Washington University.

Mr. Victor Miramontes serves as a Co-Founder and Vice Chairman at CityView. He currently focuses on client services. Prior to joining CityView, Mr. Miramontes served as the Managing Director and Chief Executive Officer of the North American Development Bank. He has nearly 25 years of experience in investment banking and real estate finance. Mr. Miramontes is a graduate of Stanford University and Stanford Law School.

Tony Cardoza serves as the Managing Director of CityView. Tony started at CityView in December of 2011. Tony currently resides in San Francisco Bay Area.
