From August 1980 to March 2014, Mr. Steininger worked for PricewaterhouseCoopers LLP, where he was admitted to the partnership in 1991. He has been a Director of Civeo Pty Limited since May 19, 2014. From 1997 to 2014, Mr. Steininger was an Assurance Partner in PwC's Global Energy practice. He holds a B.S. degree in accounting from the University of Akron.

Mr. Allan D. Schoening, also known as Al, has been Senior Vice President of Human Resources & Health, Safety and Environment at Civeo Corporation since May 14, 2014. From June 2012 to April 2014, Mr. Schoening served as Senior Director and then Vice President, Human Resources and Health, Safety and Environment for PTI Group Inc., a subsidiary of Oil States. From June 2009 to May 2012, he was self-employed as an Independent Business Consultant. He served as Senior Vice President, Corporate Affairs of Katanga Mining Ltd. from 2005 to December 15, 2008. He has over 25 years of international corporate management experience with large industrial companies. Mr. Schoening served as Vice President of Human Resources, Public Affairs and Community Relations of Kinross Gold Corporation from July 1998 to 2005. Prior to his tenure at Kinross, Mr. Schoening held senior human resources positions at Toromont/Caterpillar, Neilsen Marketing and Schlumberger Limited. Mr. Schoening served as Director of Human Resources of Barrick Gold Corporation from May 1995 to June 1998. He holds a B.A. in Psychology (Spec.) from the University of Alberta and has completed post-graduate and executive development studies at Pepperdine University, Columbia and the Wharton School of Business.
