Mr. Daniel W. Muehl, also known as Dan, CPA, has been Principal Financial & Accounting Officer and Senior Vice President of Finance at Clovis Oncology, Inc. since September 2016. Mr. Muehl served as Principal Financial Officer and Principal Accounting Officer of Clovis Oncology, Inc. since March 31, 2016. Mr. Muehl served as the Chief Financial Officer of SomaLogic, Inc. from April 1, 2014 to July 2015. He served as the Chief Financial Officer of biotechnology company Somalogic, Inc. from 2014 to 2015. He has more than 28 years of financial management experience including Chief Financial Officer roles at three publicly traded technology growth companies. He served as the Chief Financial Officer of OPX Biotechnologies, Inc. from July 13, 2010 to 2014. Mr. Muehl served as Vice President of finance at Pharmion Corporation. He served as the Chief Financial Officer and Vice President of Finance and Administration at Repligen Corporation from January 4, 2006 to August 10, 2007 and served as its Principal Accounting Officer until August 10, 2007. He served as Vice President of Finance at Clovis Oncology, Inc. until March 31, 2016. Mr. Muehl served as Secretary of Repligen Corporation until August 10, 2007. He served as Vice President of Finance & Administration and Chief Financial Officer of Physiometrix, Inc., from February 1998 to August 2005 and also served as its Principal Accounting Officer. Mr. Muehl served as the Chief Operating Officer and Chief Financial Officer at Number Nine Visual Technology from 1995 to 1998 and served in various finance positions at Powersoft Corporation and Medical Care America from 1991 to 1995. He is a Certified Public Accountant and served his public accountancy with Ernst & Young LLP and Laventhol and Horwath from 1985 to 1991. Mr. Muehl holds a B.S. in Accounting from the University of Massachusetts - Amherst and received his CPA certification in 1990.

Mr. Corwin Dale Hooks has been Chief Commercial Officer and Senior Vice President at Clovis Oncology, Inc., since January 25, 2016. Mr. Hooks served as Vice President of Sales at Clovis, where he has successfully established many of it's key commercial capabilities, including the Field Sales, Commercial Training and Development and Data Management and Analytics functions. Prior to joining Clovis, he spent nearly 10 years at Genentech, where he held a variety of marketing and sales leadership positions, most recently as Franchise Head, Sales & Marketing of the Skin Cancer franchise, where he was responsible for the development of a new oncology franchise focused on skin malignancies. During his tenure at Genentech, he was responsible for the commercialization and successful launches of several key oncology brands across a variety of solid tumor categories, including lung, breast, colorectal, pancreatic and gastric cancers. Prior to Genentech, he served in a number of sales and marketing leadership roles at GSK, Novartis and Galderma.

Dr. Gillian C. Ivers-Read, BSc, co-founded Clovis Oncology, Inc., on April 20, 2009 and has been its Chief Regulatory Officer and Executive Vice President of Technical Operations since April 20, 2009. Previously, Dr. Ivers-Read served as an Executive Vice President of Development Operations at Pharmion Corp.and Pharmion LLC since August 2006. She served as a Vice President of Clinical Development and Regulatory Affairs at Pharmion Corp., since April 2002 and also served as its Executive Vice President of Clinical Development Regulatory Affairs & Medical since February 22, 2006. From 1996 to 2001, Dr. Ivers-Read held various regulatory positions with Hoechst Marion Roussel and its successor Aventis Pharmaceuticals, Inc., where she served as a Vice President of Global Regulatory Affairs. From 1994 to 1996, she served as Vice President of Development and Regulatory affairs at Argus Pharmaceuticals and from 1984 to 1994, she served as a Regulatory Affairs Director of Marion Merrell Dow. She served as a Director of Biopath Holdings, Inc. from 2008 to October 28, 2014 and also served as its Scientific Advisor until October 28, 2014. Ms. Ivers-Read holds a BS with Honors from University College London in Pharmacology.

Dr. Lindsey Rolfe, BSc, MB ChB, MRCP, FFPM has been the Chief Medical Officer and Executive Vice President of Clinical and Preclinical Development & Pharmacovigilance at Clovis Oncology, Inc. since August 2015 and served as its Senior Vice President of Clinical Development until August 2015. Dr. Rolfe joined Clovis in early 2010 and oversees rociletinib and rucaparib development in her current role as Senior Vice President of Clinical Development.

Mr. Paul E. Gross, J.D. has been Senior Vice President and General Counsel of Clovis Oncology, Inc. since January 2016 and also serves as its Chief Compliance Officer and Secretary. Mr. Gross serves as General Counsel and Secretary of DataLogix Holdings, Inc. Mr. Gross lead and support all Datalogix legal initiatives. He has been Partner of Cooley Godward Kronish LLP since January 2007. Mr. Gross has 18 years of legal experience. Mr. Gross is a business attorney in Broomfield, CO office. His practice focuses on the representation of public and private companies in a variety of corporate and securities transactions including venture capital financings, private placements, mergers and acquisitions and public offerings. From 2014 to 2016, Mr. Gross served as the General Counsel of Datalogix, Inc. and following the acquisition of Datalogix by Oracle Corporation in 2015, was a Director of Business Operations with Oracle. He was a founding partner and managing partner of Gross Cutler Seiler Dupont LLC starting in 2010, where he focused on the representation of emerging technology and life sciences companies and venture capital and private equity firms. From September 1998 to March 2010, he was an attorney at Cooley, LLP. He served as a Partner of the corporate & securities practice of Cooley LLP. Prior to his legal career, he was on active duty in the Navy from 1987 to 1994, served in Explosive Ordnance Disposal teams and on a minesweeper. His practice also includes the formation and representation of venture capital partnerships. Mr. Gross received a J.D. in 1998 from King Hall School of Law, University of California, Davis where he was elected to the Order of the Coif and was a member of the University of California, Davis Law Review. He received a B.S. in 1987 from the United States Naval Academy, where he graduated with merit.

Paul Gross serves as the Senior Vice President and General Counsel of Clovis Oncology. Paul started at Clovis Oncology in Jan of 2016. Paul currently resides in the Greater Denver Area.

Peter Leopardi serves as the Vice President, Sales of Clovis Oncology. Peter started at Clovis Oncology in December of 2018. Peter currently resides in the Greater Denver Area.
