Ms. Frida Bank has been Executive Vice President, Head of Risk Management and Group Head of Bank Secrecy Act, Compliance & Risk at Chinatrust Bank (U.S.A.) Inc since July 15, 2013. For nine years, Ms. Bank served as Senior Vice President, Director of Compliance at East West Bank, where she oversaw the its AML/BSA and regulatory compliance team. She directed bank-wide regulatory compliance initiatives for East West and its $22 billion in assets and more than 130 branches across the United States and Asia. Ms. Bank was First Vice President, Compliance Manager with Cathay Bank, where she managed all aspects of compliance with consumer protection laws and post-merger activities nationwide. She served six years as Senior Vice President, Compliance Manager for Chinatrust Bank (U.S.A.). Ms. Bank served in various compliance oversight and management roles at Tokai Bank, Olympic National Bank, and Security Pacific Asian Bank. She has also served on the California Bankers Association Regulatory Compliance Committee. Ms. Bank holds a bachelor's degree in business administration from Lynchburg College in Lynchburg, VA.

Mr. Parham Medhat has been Executive Vice President and Head of Operations of Chinatrust Bank (U.S.A.) Inc. since February 2014. Mr. Medhat is responsible for all aspects of bank operations including core systems, online banking, mobile banking, quality assurance, retail banking operations, loan servicing, international banking, wires, treasury operations, information security, internet banking, policy and procedures. Mr. Medhat is a proven business unit leader. He served as Senior Vice President and Director of Bank operations of Opus Bank, where he led the expansion of operational architecture and grew its infrastructure to support an increase of more than 50 retail offices and eight new banking divisions. Earlier in his career, he served in retail systems management roles for CapitalSource Bank. Mr. Medhat holds a bachelor's degree in psychology from California State University, Long Beach and a master's degree in education from California State University, Dominguez Hills.

Mr. Brian Lee has been the Chief Credit Officer and Executive Vice President of CTBC Bank Corp. (USA) since November 2012. Since 2010, Mr. Lee serves as a Credit Officer at CTBC Capital Corporation (as part of the CTBC parent), guiding the special asset group in workout, strategy and credit related policy. Mr. Lee previously served as the Senior Vice President and Deputy Chief Credit Officer of CTBC Bank Corp. (USA) from 2010 to 2012. Earlier in his career, Mr. Lee was Vice President, Credit & Support Manager at Bank of the West as well as Vice President, Corporate Loan Portfolio Manager at General Bank. He also has additional executive training from the American Bankers Association's Commercial Lending Graduate School and Pacific Coast Banking School in Seattle. Mr. Lee holds a bachelor's degree in industrial engineering from the National Tsing Hua University in Taiwan and an MBA in finance from the University of Wisconsin.

Ms. Peggy Silva has been Senior Vice President and Internal Audit Manager of CTBC Bank Corp. (USA) since September 30, 2016.
