Mr. Matthew M. McKenzie, also known as Matt, has been the President of Cui, Inc. since May 2008 and serves as its Chief Operating Officer. Mr. McKenzie serves as the President of International Electronic Devices, Inc. He has been the Chief Operational Officer of CUI Global, Inc. (formerly, Waytronx Inc) since May 2008. He serves as Chief Operating Officer of Comex Electronics Ltd. He served as Chief Operating Officer of CUI Japan Ltd. and 49% stake in Comex Electronics Ltd. He has been working in various functions for CUI for over 10 years and has intimate knowledge of the business, its operations and its opportunities for growth. He serves as Secretary of CUI Global,Inc. He has a background in leadership from a variety of fields, giving him valuable insight into leadership in 21st century. Mr. McKenzie has been a Director of CUI Global, Inc. (formerly Waytronx, Inc.) since 2008. Mr. McKenzie has an MBA from George Fox University, a program that is diverse and well-connected to the community.

Mr. Daniel N. Ford, also known as Dan, has been the Chief Financial Officer of CUI Global, Inc. (formerly Waytronx Inc.) since May 15, 2008 and its Chief Operating Officer of Energy Division since August 30, 2016. Mr. Ford serves as Chief Financial Officer of CUI Japan Ltd., and Comex Electronics Ltd. Mr. Ford served as the Chief Financial Officer at International Electronic Devices, Inc. until January 15, 2016. With a background in the big accounting firms, including KPMG, he has a large company perspective to a small company with big potential. Over the past five years, he has implemented advanced internal fixed asset tracking, implemented a 'real time'' inventory system and participated in implementing CUI's ERP system. He has also provided leadership in CUI Global's acquisition of CUI Inc and facilitated the recent equity raise, as well as the up-listing to the Nasdaq Capital Market. He served as Chief Financial Officer of CUI Japan Ltd. and 49% stake in Comex Electronics Ltd. He also actively provides leadership in the community. He holds many awards and leadership positions in business, including the Financial Executives Award in 2001. Mr. Ford holds an MBA from George Fox University.

Dan Ford serves as the CFO of CUI Global, Inc.. Dan started at CUI Global, Inc. in May of 2008. Dan currently resides in Portland, Oregon Area.
