Mr. John Alan Wilkens, CPA, has been Chief Financial Officer of Daxor Corporation since May 31, 2017. Mr. Wilkens served as the Chief Financial Officer and Chief Compliance Officer of Convector Capital Management, LLC. Mr. Wilkens has over thirty years??? experience in the financial services industry. Prior to joining Convector Capital Management, he served as the Chief Financial Officer, Chief Compliance Officer and Controller at Mark Asset Management Corporation for 11 years. He served as a Controller at the Mark Asset Management Corporation for first five years. He oversaw all aspects of accounting, back office operations, compliance, administration, IT and client reporting. Prior to Mark Asset Management Corporation, he served as an Assistant Vice President at Hyperion Capital Management, where he oversaw back office operations. He also worked at Crum & Forster Corp holding various positions in investment accounting, internal audit and corporate accounting. He is a retired Major, having served in the United States Army Reserve in various leadership and staff assignments. He is passionate about improving processes to increase market value and possesses a deep understanding of accounting, tax, payroll and finance, in both large and small enterprises. He is a Certified Public Accountant. Mr. Wilkens holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting from Rutgers University.

Mr. Jonathan Adam Feldschuh serves as Chief Scientific Officer of Daxor Corp. Mr. Feldschuh serves as the Head of Quantitative Trading at Aristarc Capital. Prior to this, he was employed at Morgan Stanley and Millennium Management, L.L.C. He has been Director of Daxor Corporation since February 14, 2017.

Jack Bauer serves as the Senior Vice President of Finance of Daxor Corporation. Jack started at Daxor Corporation in April of 2011. Jack currently resides in Greater New York City Area.

Soren Thompson serves as the Vice President Business Development of Daxor Corporation. Soren started at Daxor Corporation in May of 2015. Soren currently resides in Greater New York City Area.
