Ms. Siobhan Moriarty has been the General Counsel of Diageo plc since July 1, 2013. Ms. Moriarty served as a Non-Executive Director of East African Breweries Limited since February 16, 2012 until February 11, 2014. She graduated from University College Dublin.

Ms. Syl Saller has been the Chief Marketing Officer of Diageo plc since July 1, 2013. Ms. Saller served as Global Innovation Director at Diageo plc and joined in it in 1999 until July 1, 2013. She previously served in senior marketing and general management roles at Holson Burnes Group and Gillette. Ms. Saller is a Board Member of Distill Ventures LLP. She has been a Non- Executive Director at Domino's Pizza Group Plc since September 20, 2011. She served as an Independent Non-Executive Director of Domino's Pizza Group plc from September 20, 2011 to September 20, 2014 and Domino's Pizza Group Plc from September 2011 to September 2014. She has over 20 years of extensive marketing and brand experience both in the UK and the United States. She holds an MBA from Harvard Business School.

Mr. David Cutter has been the President of Global Supply and Procurement at Diageo plc since July 1, 2014. Mr. Ctter served as International Supply Centre Director of Diageo plc from June 2013 to July 2014. Mr. Cutter is based at the ISC's head office in Edinburgh and responsible for all of Diageo's spirits and beer production operations in Europe, which includes production of global brands such as Johnnie Walker, Guinness, Baileys, Smirnoff, Gordon's and Tanqueray. He served as President of Supply Americas at Diageo, was overseeing the Diageo's end-to-end supply operations for the Americas, which comprises the North America and Latin America & Caribbean markets. During this time, he also led the creation of a new distillery in the US Virgin Islands. Prior to moving to North America, he led Diageo's Asia Pacific Supply business based in Singapore. He has worked in manufacturing, supply and product management for more than 20 years and prior to joining Diageo held leadership roles at other leading consumer goods companies including Frito- Lay and SC Johnson.

Mr. Brian Franz has been the Chief Productivity Officer of Diageo plc since August 2015. Mr. Franz served as First Chief Productivity Officer at Diageo plc until August 2015.

Mr. Tom Day has been the President of Diageo-Guinness USA at Diageo plc since June 2015. Mr. Day served as Senior Vice President of Sales for Diageo-Guinness USA.

Mr. Jakob Ripshtein has been the President of Diageo Canada Inc. since July 2014. Mr. Ripshtein has been the Chief Financial Officer for Diageo North America Inc. since January 2016. He serves as Chief Financial Officer of Diageo Canada Inc. He began his career with Diageo in 2008 as Vice President of Finance for Canada. In 2010, he moved to London to take on a role as Global Pricing Director for several years before returning to North America as Senior Vice President of Finance for Open States.

Mr. Jaime Grana has been Managing Director of Westlac at Diageo plc since July 2013. Mr. Grana served as Managing Director of Diageo Mexico at Diageo plc. Mr. Grana serves as General Manager and President at Diageo M??xico Comercializadora, S.A. De C.V. Mr. Grana has been General Manager of Diageo M??xico since January 2007. During his 7 years within Diageo, he has been the leader of high performance teams, earning the growth and recognition for Diageo brands such as Johnnie Walker, Buchanans and Baileys. He has also been the pioneer in the development of responsible drinking campaigns within the South Cone. Before Diageo, he worked for +8 years at Procter & Gamble, within Marketing in the Home Care, Hair Care, Oral Care and Health Care within Latin America.

Ms. Deirdre A. Mahlan has been the President of Diageo North America Inc. at Diageo plc since December 2015. Ms. Mahlan served as the President of North America at Diageo plc since September 01, 2015. Ms. Mahlan served as the Chief Financial Officer at Diageo plc from October 14, 2010 to November 11, 2015. Ms. Mahlan served as Deputy Chief Financial Officer of Diageo plc since May 2009 and also served as its Deputy Finance Director. She served as Chief Financial Officer and Senior Vice President of Diageo North America Inc. from August 2004 to August 14, 2007. She served as the Head of tax and treasury of Diageo plc. She joined Diageo in 2002 following the Seagram acquisition. From 1992 to 2001, she had a number of successful and high profile roles at Seagram including Assistant Controller; Vice President of Audit, Global Beverage and Entertainment; Vice President of Finance, The Seagram Spirits and Wine Group. She served as Vice President of Finance ' Diageo Guinness USA. She held various senior finance roles ' Joseph Seagram and Sons, Inc. and PricewaterhouseCoopers. She has been a Non-Executive Director of Experian plc since September 1, 2012. She served as an Executive Director of Diageo plc from October 1, 2010 to November 11, 2015. She is a Qualified Accountant. Ms. Mahlan received a BA in Accounting from New York University and earned her MBA at Columbia University.

Mr. John O'Keeffe has been the President of Diageo Africa at Diageo plc since July 1, 2015. Mr. O'Keeffe served as Global Head of Innovation, Beer and Baileys at Diageo plc. Mr. O'Keefe served as Managing Director of Russia and CIS of Diageo PLC since July 2007. Mr. O'Keefe has been General Director of Diageo Distribution in Russia since July 2, 2007. Mr. O'Keefe worked at Diageo in 2004 and was most recently in charge of the marketing strategy for Johnnie Walker in the European region. In 2005 Mr. O'Keefe served as European Marketing Director for Johnnie Walker whiskey brand based in Greece, the largest Johnnie Walker market in Europe. Mr. O'Keefe served as Marketing Director of Diageo Nordics headquartering in Stockholm, Sweden (the cluster also includes Denmark, Norway, Finland & Iceland). Mr. O'Keefe served as General Director for Sweden and Finland. In 1999 Mr. O'Keefe moved to Diageo Operations in Jamaica where Diageo owns a large brewery. During this 3-year period Mr. O'Keefe occupied the position of Marketing Director for Red Stripe. Mr. O'Keeffe joined Diageo Ireland in 1994, where he worked for 5 years in various marketing roles. Last 3 years of this assignment Mr. O'Keefe was responsible for Guinness, the famous iconic beer brand in Ireland. Mr. O'Keefe Graduate from University of Cork in Ireland where he obtained an Honours Business Degree.
