Mr. James L. Rizzo, also known as Jim, has been Principal Financial Officer of Dime Community Bancshares, Inc. since July 31, 2017 and serves as its Comptroller. Mr. Rizzo has been Comptroller at Dime Community Bank since 1999 and has been its Principal Financial Officer since July 31, 2017 and Senior Vice President since 2011. Mr. Rizzo joined Dime Community bank in 1986 in the Finance department and he was promoted to Vice President in 1999.

Mr. Timothy K. Lenhoff, also known as Tim, has been the Chief Technology Officer and Executive Vice President at The Dime Savings Bank Of Williamsburgh since October 2014. Mr. Lenhoff has been Chief Technology Officer and Executive Vice President at Dime Community Bancshares Inc. since October 2014. He is well known in banking and technology circles, having worked for many years for core processors, BISYS and Open Solutions, before moving to the client side with an institution in New Jersey. He oversees the management, planning, implementation, infrastructure and network security protocol for all information technology utilized by the Bank, including the negotiation of any related contracts with third party information technology providers. He leads a strong core team of technology professionals at Dime.

Mr. Robert S. Volino, also known as Rob, has been Chief Operating Officer and Senior Executive Vice President of Dime Community Bancshares Inc. since January 1, 2017. Mr. Volino has been Chief Operating Officer since 2016 and Senior Executive Vice President at Dime Community Bank since January 13, 2017. He served as Chief Investment Officer and Executive Vice President at Dime Community Bancshares Inc. since 2015 until January 1, 2017. He served as Chief Investment Officer and Executive Vice President at The Dime Savings Bank Of Williamsburgh since 2014 until January 1, 2017. He has over 20 years of experience with banking or related financial institutions.

Tim Lenhoff serves as the Executive Vice President and Chief Technology Officer(CTO) of Dime Community Bancshares. Tim started at Dime Community Bancshares in October of 2014. Tim currently resides in Greater Philadelphia Area.

Angela Blum-Finlay serves as the Executive Vice President & Chief Human Resources Officer of Dime Community Bancshares. Angela started at Dime Community Bancshares in January of 2018. Angela currently resides in Greater New York City Area.

Joseph Grunwald serves as the Senior Vice President -Team Leader of Dime Community Bancshares. Joseph started at Dime Community Bancshares in February of 2017. Joseph currently resides in Greater New York City Area.
