Mr. Denis L. McGlynn had been the Chief Executive Officer of Dover Motorsports, Inc. and its subsidiary Dover Downs Gaming & Entertainment, Inc. since October 1996 and their President since November 1979. Mr. McGlynn served as the President and Chief Executive Officer at Dover Downs, Inc. He served as the President and Chief Executive Officer of Dover Downs, Inc. Mr. Thomas G. Wintermantel has been a Treasurer and Assistant Secretary of Dover Motorsports, Inc. (DVD) since July 2002. For more than five years prior to Dover Motorsports, Inc. Mr. Wintermantel served as the Financial Vice President and Treasurer of John W. Rollins & Associates, Financial Vice President of Rollins Jamaica, Ltd., and President and Director of the John W. Rollins Foundation.

Mr. Timothy R. Horne, also known as Tim, has been the Chief Financial Officer and Senior Vice President of Finance at Dover Motorsports, Inc. since April 2008 and serves as its Chief Accounting Officer. Mr. Horne has been Chief Financial Officer, Senior Vice President of Finance and Treasurer of Dover Downs Gaming & Entertainment, Inc. since November 1996. Mr. Horne served as the Chief Financial Officer of Dover Motorsports Inc. from 1996 to 2002. Mr. Horne served as the Chief Financial Officer and Vice President of Finance at Dover Motorsports, Inc. from 1996 to 2002. Mr. Michael A. Tatoian has been Chief Operating Officer and Executive Vice President of Dover Motorsports, Inc. since January 1, 2007. Mr. Tatoian assists with strategic planning, business development and management of brand marketing for all Dover Motorsports, Inc. He participates in the oversight of Dover Motorsports, Inc. family of tracks, which includes Dover International Speedway, Gateway International Raceway, Memphis Motorsports Park and Nashville Superspeedway. Mr. Tatoian served as the Chief Executive Officer and Managing Partner of Victory Sports Group, LLC, since June 2001. He oversaw the development and management of professional sports organizations, including minor league baseball, minor league hockey and a NASCAR Busch Series team. He served as the Chief Operating Officer of United Sports Ventures, Inc., an umbrella sports company that owned and operated eight minor league teams from 1995 to May 2001. He has more than 20 years of experience in professional sports ownership, management and operations. He has been actively involved in professional sports ownership and management since 1984 with involvement in minor league hockey and arena football. He has been a Director Football Equities, Inc. since 2001. Mr. Tatoian is a Graduate of University of Northern Iowa, with a degree in Public Relations and Marketing.
