Mr. Bryan D. Alsop has been a Vice President of Information Technology at Dynatronics Corp. since July 22, 2011. Mr. Alsop served as a Consultant to Dynatronics in early 2009 and joined Dynatronics later that year as the Director of Information Technology. He worked for such companies as Aetna Healthcare, McKesson, ITT Defense, Evans & Sutherland and Sony Pictures Entertainment. His business and technical background is extensive, having served at these companies in various roles, including senior systems analyst, business analyst, project manager, network administrator, information analyst, programmer/analyst and IT consultant. From 2000 to 2008, He served as Director of Information Technology at Bear River Mutual Insurance, where he was responsible for all aspects of the IT department as a member of the executive management team. He received his Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Science in 1991 from California State University - Northridge.

Mr. David A. Wirthlin has been Chief Financial Officer and Secretary at Dynatronics Corp. since October 11, 2016 and March 2017 respectively. Mr. Wirthlin served as Chief Financial Officer of ArmorWorks, Inc. from June 2004 to January 2016. He also served as a Consultant for ArmorWorks. He served as Chief Financial Officer and Treasurer of Integrated Information Systems, Inc. (IIS) since September 1997. From April 1994 to September 1997, he served as Chief Financial Officer of SkyMall, Inc., a catalog retailer. Prior to SkyMall, he was employed for seven years with Arthur Andersen, where he served as Consulting Manager. He served as Director of Integrated Information Systems, Inc. He is a Certified Public Accountant. Mr. Wirthlin received an M.B.A. from the University of Chicago Graduate School of Business and a B.A. in Accounting from the University of Utah, where he graduated Magna Cum Laude.

Ms. Cynthia L. Mchenry, also known as Cyndi, has been Vice President of Operations at Dynatronics Corporation since March 29, 2017. For close to 20 years, Ms. Mchenry worked for St. Jude Medical (now Abbott), an industry leader providing artificial heart valves, pacemakers and other disease-management medical devices. Ms. Mchenry served as Senior Director of Global Operations Integration and Site Optimization at Abbott from 2013 to 2015, where she defined strategy and led business integrations and site consolidations in the US and internationally. Ms. Mchenry served as the Director of Product Development at Abbott from 2008 to 2013 and its Director of Engineering Operations and Services from 2002 to 2008. Ms. McHenry received her BS in Business Management from the University of Redlands.

Larry Beardall serves as the Executive Vice President of Dynatronics. Larry started at Dynatronics in February of 1986. Larry currently resides in Greater Salt Lake City Area.

Jim Ogilvie serves as the Vice President of Corporate Development and Investor Relations of Dynatronics. Jim currently resides in the Greater Salt Lake City Area.
