Mr. Tak Kwong Hon, also known as Duncan, has been the Chief Executive Officer and President of Emerson Radio Corp. since August 31, 2011. Mr. Hon also served as a director of Grande and several of its subsidiaries. Mr. Hon is a Member of the Hong Kong Institute of Certified Public Accountants and the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants.
