Mr. David Foley has been Group Chief Actuary of Enstar Group Limited since joining in 2016. Mr. Foley spent twenty-three years at Deloitte, becoming a Principal in 1998 and holding a number of leadership positions during his tenure. He was Global Practice Leader of Deloitte's Actuarial, Rewards and Analytics practice. Mr. Foley is a Fellow of the Casualty Actuarial Society and a Member of the Academy of Actuaries. He began his insurance career in the actuarial training program at Aetna Life & Casualty.

Mr. Scott Maries has been Executive Vice President at Enstar Group Limited since September 2014. Prior to joining Enstar, Mr. Maries served as Managing Director within the investment banking team at JP Morgan. Prior to JP Morgan, Mr. Maries worked as a Managing Director at Aon Benfield Securities.

Mr. Guy Thomas Anthony Bowker has been the Chief Financial Officer of Enstar Group Limited since January 1, 2018. Mr. Bowker served as Deputy Chief Financial Officer of Enstar Group Limited. He has served as the Chief Accounting Officer of of Enstar Group Limited since joining in September 2015 until 2018. Mr. David John Atkins has been Group Head of Claims at Enstar Group Limited since May 2014. Mr. Atkins is the Chief Executive Officer at Enstar (EU) Limited since January 2016. Mr. Atkins served as Chief Operating Officer at Enstar (EU) Limited since October 2010 until December 2015 and served as its Head of Claims and Commutations from April 2007 to October 2010.
