Mr. Alessandro Gili has been the Chief Financial Officer of Ferrari N.V. (formerly known as New Business Netherlands N.V.) since February 2015. Since April 2015, Mr. Gili has been President of Ferrari Financial Services S.p.A. Mr. Gili has been Chief Financial Officer of Ferrari S.p.A. since February 2, 2015. Mr. Gili served as Group Chief Accounting Officer of Fiat Chrysler Automobiles N.V. until February 2015. He served as Vice President of Corporate, Corporate Controller and Chief Accounting Officer at FCA US LLC (alternative name Chrysler Group LLC) from June 1, 2011 to January 29, 2015. Mr. Gili joined Chrysler Group from its affiliated automotive company, Fiat Group Automobiles, S.p.A., (FGA), where he served as Vice-President, Head of Accounting and World Class Finance. Prior to this appointment, Mr. Gili held several positions of increasing responsibility in finance and accounting with FGA and its affiliates beginning in 2002, including Sector Chief Accounting Officer for FGA and Chief Accounting Officer for Fiat Auto, S.p.A. Mr. Gili spent the first years of his career in Audit at Coopers & Lybrand. He served as Director of Fiat Gesco, S.p.A. (now FCA Services S.p.A.) ; Fiat Auto, S.p.A.; and FGA. Mr. Gili serves as a Director of New Business Netherlands N.V. He served as a Director of Ferrari N.V. until October 2015. Mr. Gili holds a Degree in Economics, Finance and Administration from Turin University and is a Certified Public Accountant and Certified Public Auditor in Italy.

Mr. Flavio Manzoni has been the Head of Design at Ferrari N.V. (formerly known as New Business Netherlands N.V.) since January 2010. Mr. Manzoni has been Senior Vice President of Design at Ferrari S.p.A. since January 2010. Mr. Manzoni served as Design Director at Ferrari S.p.A since January 2010. Mr. Manzoni was responsible for creating and defining the styling of Ferrari's new cars. He served as the DirectorHead of Creative Design of Volkswagen AG (Volkswagen Group) from March 1, 2007 to January 2010, where he was involved in designing most of the Skoda, Bentley, Bugatti and Vokswagen recent cars as well as redefining the aesthetic philosophy of these brands. From 2001 to 2006, he worked at Fiat Group as Head of Design for Lancia, Fiat and LCV. He also held design positions at Lancia and Seat. Mr. Manzoni worked for Fiat and Seat and joined the design department for the Audi group of brands, which is owned by the VW group, on 1 December 2006. Mr. Manzoni holds a Degree in Architecture with a specialization in Industrial Design from the University of Florence.

Mr. Maurizio Arrivabene has been Managing Director of Gestione Sportiva and Team Principal of the Scuderia Ferrari Team at Ferrari S.p.A., since November 2014. Mr. Arrivabene has been Vice Chairman Consumer Channel Strategy and Event Manager at Philip Morris since 2011. After a 20 years work experience in Italy and abroad in Marketing and Promotions in 1997, Mr. Arrivabene joined Philip Morris EU, in Lausanne, first as Manager Event Marketing and then as Director and Vice President. In 2007, he was appointed Vice Chairman of Marlboro Global Communication & Promotions for Philip Morris International. He serves as Non Independent Director of Juventus Football Club S.p.A. He has been a Member of F1 Commission, representing F1 sponsors since 2010. He has been a Member of the Sport Business Academy (SDA Bocconi School of Management and RCS Sport), in the Advisory Team Program since 2011.

Mr. Luca Fuso has been the Chief Brand Officer of Ferrari N.V. since September 2015. Prior to joining Ferrari, Mr. Fuso served as the Global Head of Proprietary Brands Division at Safilo Group S.p.A. from 2013 to 2015 and as the Global Head of Licensed Brands Division from 2011 to 2013, an Italian eyewear designer and manufacturer. He has also previously served as Managing Director, Sportswear Division of Moncler'Industries S.p.A., an Italian apparel manufacturer and lifestyle brand, Chief Executive Officer and Managing Director of B&B Italia S.p.A., and in various roles at Diesel S.p.A. Mr. Fuso received his Degree in Business Administration from Perugia University and is a graduate of the Strategic Marketing Program at SDA Bocconi in Milan.

Mr. Nicola Boari has been Head of Product Marketing and Market Intelligence at Ferrari N.V. (formerly known as New Business Netherlands N.V.) since March 2010. Prior to joining Ferrari, Mr. Boari worked at Indesit Company from 2004 to 2010, where he held various positions including product marketing director, responsible for product development for all product lines. From 1998 to 2004 he was a manager with the Boston Consulting Group. Mr. Boari holds a master in finance and economics from the London School of Economics and a PhD in economics from the University of Ancona, as well as a degree in finance and economics from the University of Bologna.

Mr. Vincenzo Regazzoni has been the Chief Manufacturing Officer of Ferrari N.V. (formerly known as New Business Netherlands N.V.) since March 2015. Mr. Regazzoni has been Head of Technology and Infrastructure Departments at Ferrari S.p.A. since September 2011. He held various senior production and industrial performance roles at Ferrari and Maserati, including head of Technologies and Infrastructure from 2010 to 2015 and head of Process/Product Technologies from 2003 to 2010. Prior to joining Ferrari in 1998, he held production roles at Varian S.p.A. and Fiat Auto S.p.A. Mr. Regazzoni has a Degree in Mechanical Engineering with a specialization in Management Systems and Plant from Tor Vergata University in Rome.
