Mr. Randy S. Vicknair has been Chief Credit Officer of First Guaranty Bank at First Guaranty Bancshares, Inc. since 2015 and served as Credit Department Manager From 2010 to 2015. Mr. Vicknair has been with First Guaranty Bank since 2006. Mr. Vicknair received his undergraduate degree and MBA from Southeastern Louisiana University.

Mr. Michael R. Cross has been Chief Lending Officer of First Guaranty Bank at First Guaranty Bancshares, Inc. since 2015. Mr. Cross was a founding principals of LCM Capital Partners, LLC From 2010 to 2015. Mr. Cross was with Huntington National Bank From 2002 to 2010. Mr. Cross was responsible for the credit approval function in Huntington's commercial and commercial real estate areas. He joined Huntington as Senior Vice President in 2002 to led the special assets group. He held positions with Bank of America, Bank One and Red Capital Corporation.

Mr. Eric J. Dosch has been the Chief Financial Officer of First Guaranty Bank and First Guaranty Bancshares, Inc. since May 24, 2010. Mr. Dosch has been Treasurer, Secretary and Principal Accounting Officer at First Guaranty Bancshares, Inc. since 2010. He has been the Chief Credit Officer and Senior Vice President of First Guaranty Bank since February 2009. He has nine years of experience in finance and banking. He served as Commercial Lender and Assistant Vice President at First Guaranty Bank and Vice President and Credit Department Manager since October 2006. Mr. Dosch served as Credit Officer at First Guaranty Bank since October 2003 and Credit Analyst since joining it in March 2003. Prior to his association with First Guaranty Bank, he served as an Analyst with Livingston & Jefferson. He served as a Director of Energy Services of America Corporation from November 2008 to September 21, 2012. He holds the Chartered Financial Analyst designation and is a graduate of The Graduate School of Banking at Louisiana State University. Mr. Dosch obtained his undergraduate degree from Duke University.
