Mr. David B. Becker serves as the Chief Executive Officer and President of RICS Software, Inc. Mr. Becker has been the Chairman and President at First Internet BanCorp since 2006 and 2007 and also serves as its Chief Executive Officer. He serves as the Chairman at First Internet Bank. Mr. Becker serves as the Chief Executive Officer at OneBridge Inc. He is the Owner of OneBridge and provided it with strategic direct ion and oversight since founding it in 1994. Mr. Becker also founded and remains actively involved as Chief Executive Officer at three other Indianapolis-based companies: AmeriCard Services, DyKnow and Inception. He served as Chairman and Chief Executive Officer at Virtual Financial Services, Inc. He has a history of successful start-up companies in financial services and technology. In 1981, he founded re:Member Data Services, Inc. and served as its Chairman and Chief Executive Officer until 2004. In 1995, Mr. Becker founded VIFI until it was acquired by Digital Insight Corporation in 2002. He was the first Chairman and remains on the Board of TechPoint. Mr. Becker serves as Director of Bluelock, LLC. He serves as Member of Advisory Board of Allos Ventures, LLC. Mr. Becker is a Member of the Board of Directors of the Central Indiana Community Foundation (CICF). He has served on Advisory Boards for The Robert C. McDermond Center for Management and Entrepreneurship and the IT Associates Program at DePauw University as well as Governor O'Bannon's High Tech Task Force for the State of Indiana. Mr. Becker is a 2001 recipient of the Ernst & Young Entrepreneur of the Year award and a 2002 recipient of the TechPoint Trailblazer in Technology award. In 2004, he was named Sagamore of the Wabash by Indiana Governor Joe Kernan. In 2008, Mr. Becker was inducted into the Junior Achievement-sponsored Central Indiana Business Hall of Fame. He earned B.A. in Political Science and Business Administration from DePauw University.

Mr. C. Charles Perfetti has been Executive Vice President First Internet BanCorp and First Internet Bank since January 30, 2017 and has been its Secretary since May 2014. Mr. Perfetti served as a Senior Vice President of First Internet BanCorp since January 2012. Mr. Perfetti serves as Senior Vice President of First Internet Bank. Mr. Perfetti joined First Internet BanCorp. in 2007. Mr. Perfetti served as the Chief Executive Officer of Landmark Financial Corporation and served as its President from 1989 to 2007. He conducted independent real estate and government consulting and served as the Chief Investment Manager of the State of Indiana from 1979 to 1986.

Mr. Kenneth J. Lovik has been Executive Vice President of First Internet Bank and First Internet Bancorp since January 30, 2017. Mr. Lovik has been Chief Financial Officer at First Internet Bancorp since August 18, 2014 until Senior Vice President. Mr. Lovik serves as Chief Financial Officer and Senior Vice President of First Internet Bank. Most recently, Mr. Lovik served as a Senior Vice President of Investor Relations and Corporate Development at First Financial Bancorp. Prior to that, he served as a Vice President of Investor Relations at the firm. Before this, he served as a Vice President of Investment Banking at Milestone Advisors, LLC and Howe Barnes Hoefer & Arnett, Inc., serving the clients in the financial institutions sector. Earlier, Mr. Lovik worked at Price Waterhouse, LLP. He has over 15 years of experience in corporate finance, mergers and acquisitions and accounting. He received an MBA in Finance from Indiana University's Kelley School of Business; and a Bachelor's Degree in Accounting from Northern Illinois University.

Ms. Nicole S. Lorch has been Executive Vice President of First Internet Bank and First Internet Bancorp since January 30, 2017. Ms. Lorch has been Chief Operating Officer of First Internet Bancorp and First Internet Bank since January 1, 2017. Ms. Lorch served as Senior Vice President of Retail Banking of First Internet BanCorp from May 2011 to January 1, 2017. Ms. Lorch served as Senior Vice President of Retail Banking at First Internet Bank and First Internet Bank of Indiana. She joined First IB in February 1999 as Director of Marketing. She held marketing roles at VIFI (Virtual Financial Services) and re:Member Data Services. Ms. Lorch received her Bachelor's Degree from DePauw University and an MBA from the Indiana University Kelley School of Business. She is also a 2015 graduate of the CBA Executive Banking School.

Mr. John K. Keach, Jr. served as the Chairman, Chief Executive Officer and President of Indiana Community BanCorp. since 1999, 1994 and 1988 respectively. Mr. Keach served as the Chairman, Chief Executive Officer and President of Indiana Bank and Trust Company. Mr. Keach was employed by State Home Savings Bank since 1950. He served as Chairperson of Pentegra DB Plan of Financial Institutions of Pentegra Services, Inc. He served as President of State Home Savings Bank until 1988. He served as Chief Executive Officer of Home Federal Bank (Sioux Falls, SD). Since 1985, he served as Senior Vice President of Financial Services for Indiana Community Bancorp. Since 1987, he served as an Executive Vice President and the Chief Operating Officer of Indiana Community Bancorp. from 1988 to 1994. He served as Chairman of Home Federal Bank (Sioux Falls, SD). He serves as Vice Chairman of Pentegra Services, Inc. He has been a Director at First Internet BanCorp since November 27, 201. He has been A Director of First Internet Bank at First Internet BanCorp since November 2012.He served as a Director of Indiana Community BanCorp. since 1990. Mr. Keach served as a Director of Indiana Bank and Trust Company since 1990. He served as a Director of Home Federal Bank (Sioux Falls, SD). He served as a Member of the Board of Directors of State Home Savings Bank.

Mr. Stephen C. Farrell, also known as Steve has been Chief Credit Officer, Senior Vice President and Credit Administrator at First Internet Bancorp since October 05, 2015. Mr. Farrell serves as Chief Credit Officer, Senior Vice President and Credit Administrator at First Internet Bank. Mr. Farrell is responsible for all loan underwriting and the credit quality of loan portfolio and his other responsibilities include Consumer Collections, Special Assets, and Loan Review. Mr. Farrell served 16 years with Salin Bank and Trust Company. His responsibilities included managing loan portfolio underwriting, credit administration, loan operations and consumer loan monitoring. In his career, Mr. Farrell worked at Bank One, American Fletcher National Bank, and Merchants National Bank where he served in various loan origination and underwriting roles. He served as the Chief Credit Officer and Executive Vice President of Salin Bank And Trust Company. He has served numerous leadership roles with Boy Scouts of America. Mr. Farrell has a Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration from Indiana State University and completed the Graduate School of Banking at the University of Wisconsin.
