Mr. Michael J. Quinley has been the President of Community Development at Forestar Group Inc. since September 28, 2015. Mr. Quinley served as Executive Vice President of Real Estate, East Region at Forestar Real Estate Group Inc. since 2011 until September 2015. He served as Executive Vice President of Development & Investments - East of Forestar Real Estate Group Inc. since May 2008. Mr. Quinley has more than 25 years of prior real estate experience. He served as Chief Executive Officer of Patrick Malloy Communities, an Atlanta-based land development and homebuilding company. He served as Executive Vice President and General Manager in the Cousins Properties land division. He spent 12 years at Peachtree Corners Inc., an Atlanta-based real estate development company that specialized in office, retail and industrial properties. Mr. Quinley holds a Bachelors of Business Administration degree in Accounting from Georgia State University.

Mr. Matthew S. Stark, also known as Matt, serves as Senior Vice President, General Counsel and Secretary at Forestar Group Inc. and previously served as its Vice President, Assistant General Counsel and Assistant Secretary. Prior to joining Forestar, Mr. Stark served as an Assistant General Counsel at David Weekley Homes and as a Senior Regional Counsel at KB Home. He began his career in private practice with the law firm of Stoel Rives LLP. He holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in History from the University of Utah and a Juris Doctorate degree from the University of Texas School of Law.

Mr. Charles D. Jehl, also known as Chuck, has been Chief Financial Officer and Treasurer of Forestar Group Inc. since September 30, 2015 and October 3, 2015 respectively. Mr. Jehl served as an Executive Vice President of Oil & Gas at Forestar Group Inc from February 2015 to September 30, 2015. He has been the Chief Administrative Officer and Executive Vice President of Credo Petroleum Corp. since September 28, 2012. He served as the Chief Accounting Officer of Forestar Real Estate Group L.L.C (Forestar Group Inc) since 2006 until June 1, 2013. Mr. Jehl served as an Executive Vice President of Oil and Gas Business Administration at Forestar Group Inc. from June 1, 2013 to 2 2015. He served as Chief Operations Officer and Chief Financial Officer of Guaranty Insurance Services, Inc. from 2005 to 2006 and as Senior Vice President and Controller from 2000 to 2005. From 1989 to 1999, Mr. Jehl held various financial management positions within Temple-Inland's financial services segment. He has been a Director at Forestar Group Inc., since October 03, 2015.

Mr. Donald J. Tomnitz has been Executive Chairman of Forestar Group Inc. since October 5, 2017. Mr. Tomnitz serves as Chief Executive Officer and President at Western Pacific Housing, Inc. Mr. Tomnitz served as the President and Chief Executive Officer of D.R. Horton, Inc. from March 2000 to October 1, 2014 and from November 1998 to October 1, 2014 respectively. He served as a Vice President in charge of various divisions at D.R. Horton, Inc. since 1983 until he was elected as Vice President of West Region in August 1994. Mr. Tomnitz served as the President of Homebuilding Division at D.R. Horton, Inc. from July 1996 to November 1998 and served as its Executive Vice President since January 1998. Mr. Tomnitz served as a Captain in the U.S. Army, a Vice President of RepublicBank of Dallas, N.A. and a Vice President of Crow Development Company, a real estate affiliated company of Trammell Crow Company. He serves as Vice Chairman of Western Pacific Housing, Inc. Mr. Tomnitz served as Vice Chairman of D.R. Horton, Inc. from November 1998 to October 1, 2014 and served as its Director from 1995 to October 1, 2014.
