Mr. David H. deVilliers, Jr. serves as President, Chief Operating Officer and Director of Construction and Development at Florida Rock Properties, Inc. Mr. deVilliers' responsibilities include property selection, negotiation of price and terms and entitlement/re-zoning at Florida Rock Properties, Inc. He has over 40 years of experience in all phases of residential and commercial real estate development, including acquisition, entitlements, infrastructure construction, building construction, leasing/sales and property management. Mr. deVilliers has been President of FRP Holdings, Inc. since May 6, 2015. Mr. deVilliers serves as the President and Chief Operating Officer of FRP Development Corp. He serves as President of Florida Rock Properties Inc. He served as Vice President and President of the Real Estate Group of Patriot Transportation Holding Inc., since February 28, 1994. He has served in these capacities since the creation of FRP Development since its inception in 1989. He served as a Director of Patriot Transportation Holding Inc. from 1993 to January 1, 2004. He has been a member of NAIOP's Developers Council since 2005. He is a Graduate of the Realtors Institute in 1981.

Mr. John D. Klopfenstein has been the Chief Accounting Officer and Controller of FRP Holdings, Inc. since February 16, 2005. Mr. Klopfenstein serves as the Chief Accounting Officer and Controller of Florida Rock & Tank Lines, Inc. Mr. Klopfenstein has been the Chief Accounting Officer and Controller at Patriot Transportation Holding Inc. since March 1, 2003. He served as Director of Business Development and Planning of Patriot Transportation Holding Inc., from June 1, 2003 to February 15, 2005 and its Manager of Corporate Development, from July 1, 1996 to May 31, 2003.

Mr. John D. Milton Jr. serves as the Executive Vice President and Secretary at Patriot Transportation Holding, Inc. and as its Chief Legal Officer and General Counsel since October 1, 2017. Mr. Milton serves as Executive Vice President, Secretary and Treasurer of Florida Rock & Tank Lines, Inc. He serves as Executive Vice President, Treasurer, Secretary and Ex-Officio Member of Executive Committee at FRP Holdings, Inc. and has been its Chief Financial Officer since June 16, 2008. He served as the Chief Financial Officer of Patriot Transportation Holding, Inc. from June 16, 2008 to October 1, 2017 and also served as its Treasurer until October 1, 2017. He served as Vice President of FRP Holdings, Inc. since June 16, 2008. For more than five years prior to 2001, Mr. Milton practiced law in Jacksonville, Florida with the law firm of Martin, Ade, Birchfield & Mickler, P.A. He served as the Chief Financial Officer, Executive Vice President and Treasurer at Florida Rock Industries, Inc. since January 2001 and served as its Director since 2002.
