Ms. Charlene A. Ripley has been General Counsel and Executive Vice President of Goldcorp Inc. since April 1, 2013. Ms. Ripley served as Senior Vice President and General Counsel of Linn Co, LLC from April 2012 to February 27, 2013. She served as Company Secretary of Linn Co, LLC since April 2012. Ms. Ripley has nearly 30 years of experience leading enterprise functions including legal, risk management, information technology, corporate affairs and government relations, as well as supporting several multi-million and billion dollar growth transactions. She served as Corporate Secretary, General Counsel and Senior Vice President of Linn Energy, LLC from March 22, 2007 to February 27, 2013. In her position, Ms. Ripley was responsible for leading the legal, information technology, corporate governance, compliance, government affairs, insurance and risk management departments. She served as Chief Compliance Officer of Anadarko Petroleum Corporation from February 2006 to April 2007 and its Corporate Secretary from September 2004 to April 2007. She served as General Counsel of Anadarko Petroleum Corp. from November 18, 2003 to April 2007 and its Vice President from 2003 to April 2007. She was with Anadarko Petroleum Corp. since 1997. She served as Vice President and General Counsel of Anadarko Canada since 2003. Ms. Ripley served as Vice President, General Counsel and Secretary of Anadarko Canada Corporation and its predecessor since 1998. She served as in-house counsel for Amoco Canada Petroleum Company Ltd. from 1990 to 1997. Prior to that, she served as an Attorney for a Calgary, Canada-based law firm. She serves as Chairman of Development Council/Canada. She also chairs the BC and Yukon Provincial Advisory Board for the Canadian Heart and Stroke Foundation. She serves on several non-profit and advisory boards including: the Cynthia Woods Mitchell Pavilion, the American Heart Association - Montgomery Division and the Mayor's (Houston) International Affairs. She helped found and is the President of The Woodlands Bar Association. She won the 2006 Best Corporate Counsel Award from the Houston Business Journal and was nominated for the 2006 Magna Stella Award for Best Counsel and Innovative Management by the Texas General Counsel Forum. She is a frequent speaker at legal conferences on the topic of Legal Department Management. She was honored in 2012 by the Greater Houston Women's Chamber of Commerce as the Breakthrough Woman for the Energy Industry and received The Association of Women Attorneys 2013 Premiere Women in Law award. She was recognized by Women in Mining UK as one of their 100 Global Inspirational Women in Mining. She has been a Director of Keyera Corp. since June 13, 2017. Ms. Ripley is a Member of the Texas State Bar, American Petroleum Institute General Committee on Law, Texas General Counsel Group, Law Society of Alberta, The Law Society of British Columbia, Canadian Bar Association, the Alberta Arbitration and Mediation Society, the Executive Women's Partnership of the Greater Houston Partnership and the Women's Energy Network. She is admitted to the bar in both Alberta and Texas. Ms. Ripley received LL.B from Dalhousie Law School in Halifax, Nova Scotia and Bachelor of Arts degree from the University of Alberta where she majored in political science and economics.

Mr. Jason Mark Attew has been Chief Financial Officer of Goldcorp Inc. since October 2017. Mr. Attew has been the Chief Financial Officer and Director of Exeter Resource Corporation since June 24, 2017. Mr. Attew served as Senior Vice President of Corporate Development and Strategy at Goldcorp Inc. since August 15, 2016 until October 2017. He has more than 20 years of experience in the mining sector. He holds an MBA from Queen's University and a BSc (Honours) from the University of British Columbia.

Mr. Todd White has been the Chief Operating Officer and Executive Vice President at Goldcorp Canada Ltd. and Goldcorp Inc. since January 1, 2017. Mr. White served as Senior Vice President of Technical Services and Business Excellence at Goldcorp Inc. since July 30, 2014 until January 1, 2017. Mr. White served as Senior Vice President of Technical Services and Business Excellence at Goldcorp Canada Ltd. Mr. White served as Senior Vice President of South America Operations at Newmont Mining Corporation since October 2012. He served as Vice President of Business Excellence at Newmont Mining Corporation since July 2010. He served as Regional Vice President of South American operations at Newmont Mining Corporation since 2008 and its Regional Director of Environmental & Social Responsibility from 2006 to 2008. Over his 21 years with Newmont, he held various leadership roles within the areas of business excellence, operations and environment. He served as Global Director of Environmental Affairs at Newmont Mining Corporation since 1998 and was with Newmont since 1994. Mr. White graduated from the University of Nevada with a Bachelor of Science degree in 1989.

Mr. C. Kevin McArthur serves as an Advisor to the Chief Executive Officer of Goldcorp Inc. Mr. McArthur served as the Chief Executive Officer of Tahoe Resources Inc. since August 2015 until August 16, 2016. Mr. McArthur served as the Chief Executive Officer of Tahoe Resources Inc. from November 10, 2009 to April 01, 2015 and as President from November 10, 2009 to March 12, 2014. He has over thirty years of experience in the minerals resource industry. He served as the President and Chief Executive Officer of Goldcorp Inc. from November 15, 2006 to December 31, 2008. He joined Glamis Gold Ltd. in 1988, where he served in a variety of management positions that include President and Chief Executive Officer from January 1, 1998 to November 2006. While at Glamis, he played a key role in the identification, acquisition and development of the Marlin property. He served at subsidiaries of Glamis in various capacities since February 1988, including Chief Operating Officer of Glamis Gold Ltd. from July 30, 1997 to December 31, 1997 and President & General Manager of Glamis Rand Mining Company from December 1, 1995 to July 29, 1997. He served as a Vice President and General Manager of Chemgold Inc., a subsidiary of Glamis Gold Ltd. He served with BP Minerals North America and Homestake Mining Company. He has been the Executive Chairman of Tahoe Resources Inc. since April 07, 2015 and served as its Vice Chairman from March 12, 2014 to March 31, 2015. He has been a Director of Cliffs Quebec Iron Mining Limited since August 4, 2009 and Tahoe Resources Inc. since November 10, 2009. He has been an Independent Director at Royal Gold, Inc., since March 14, 2014. He served as an Independent Director at Pembrook Mining Corp. He served as a Director of Cloud Peak Energy Inc. from January 2010 to 2011. He served as a Director of Glamis Gold Ltd. since January 1, 1998. He served as a Director of Goldcorp Inc. from November 15, 2006 to May 2009. Mr. McArthur holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Mining Engineering from the Mackay School of Mines, the University of Nevada in 1979.

Mr. Brent G. J. Bergeron has been an Executive Vice President of Corporate Affairs and Sustainability at GoldCorp Inc. since January 12, 2015. Mr. Bergeron is responsible for Goldcorp's external relationships with governments and other relevant stakeholders, communications and corporate social responsibility. He served as a senior executive at several international companies and has 20 years of extensive experience in the areas of government and public relations, corporate affairs, operations and communications. He joined Goldcorp in November 2010 and also served as its Vice President of Corporate Affairs. He served as senior Vice President of Corporate Affairs of GoldCorp Inc. since September 2012. From June 2009 April to October 2010, he was employed by Harris Computer Systems Inc., the Advanced Utility Division, as Vice President of Business and Strategic Development. Prior to this position, Mr. Bergeron served senior positions at various companies in Canada and Mexico where he was responsible for government relation and business development activities in Latin America, Africa, Europe and Asia. He serves as a member of the Executive Steering Committee for the Responsible Gold Standard Initiative at the World Gold Council and is a member of the Board of Directors of the Canadian Chamber of Commerce, the Canadian Council of the Americas, the Mining Association of Canada, the Quebec Mining Association and MinAlliance. Mr. Bergeron holds a Bachelor of Arts (Hon.) in Economics and a Masters of Arts (Economics) degree from Carleton University in Ottawa.

Bill Patterson serves as the Vice President, Projects Canada of Goldcorp. Bill started at Goldcorp in October of 2018. Bill is currently based in the Greater Denver Area.

Pablo Castanos serves as the Vice President CSR of Goldcorp. Pablo started at Goldcorp in February of 2014. Pablo is currently based in the Greater Denver Area.

Philip Juetten serves as the Project Director of Goldcorp. Philip started at Goldcorp in May of 2015. Philip is currently based in the Phoenix, Arizona Area.
