Mr. Thomas A. Gerke, also known as Tom, has been the Chief Administrative Officer at H&R Block, Inc since May 2016 and has been its General Counsel since January 2012. Mr. Tony G. Bowen has been Chief Financial Officer of H&R Block, Inc. since May 1, 2016. Mr. Bowen served as Vice President of Finance for U.S. Tax Services Business at H&R Block, Inc. from May 2013 to April 2016. Mr. Bowen has been with H&R Block, Inc. for 12 years, served in a variety of finance and operational roles. Mr. Bowen has served as Vice President of Finance for H&R Block's U.S. tax services business since May 2013. He served as Vice President of H&R Block's DIY tax business from August 2011 to May 2013 and as Assistant Vice President of Corporate Development from October 2009 to July 2011. Mr. Knight served as the President of U.S. Retail Operations at H&R Block, Inc. from October 2013 to May 1, 2016 and served as its President of International & Franchise from April 2012 to October 2013. Mr. Knight served as President of KnightVision Marketing since August 2008 until April 2012. He serves as the Dean of the US Marketing College that works with the U.S. State Department to teach senior level government executives and diplomats how to apply modern marketing strategies and best practices to enhance America's image abroad. He is a Venture Partner with Thomvest Ventures, a leading Silicon Valley venture capital firm. He is affiliated with the Cincinnati Consulting Consortium and teaches senior executives the latest thinking on various marketing topics such as social media and advertising strategy. He started his career in marketing research at Burke Marketing Research in Cincinnati, Ohio and over the past 30 years has worked in over 65 countries. He spent 10 years in Brand Management at Procter and Gamble in charge of various brands such as Ivory Soap and well as working on the development and launch of various new food and beverage brands. He worked for 10 years in PepsiCo's international restaurant division where he served in a variety of marketing and general management roles, including General Manager of North Latin America as well as head of marketing for KFC International. Kip also served as Chief Marketing Officer for Taco Bell based in Southern California. From 2002 to 2008, he worked at eBay, the world's largest e-commerce site. He was vice-president of marketing for eBay, North America. He was also responsible for managing eBay Canada, the leading e-commerce site in Canada. He was the first head of International Marketing as well as serving as Regional Vice President for eBay International for Latin America, Australia and Taiwan. He serves as Member of Board of Advisors at Milyoni, Inc. He serves as a Director for Netbase. He has been a Director at H&R Block Limited since June 24, 2016 and served as its Director until January 20, 2014. He serves as Board of Advisors for Harvestmark.
