He was vice-president of marketing for eBay, North America. He was also responsible for managing eBay Canada, the leading e-commerce site in Canada. He was the first head of International Marketing as well as serving as Regional Vice President for eBay International for Latin America, Australia and Taiwan. He serves as Member of Board of Advisors at Milyoni, Inc. He serves as a Director for Netbase. He has been a Director at H&R Block Limited since June 24, 2016 and served as its Director until January 20, 2014. He serves as Board of Advisors for Harvestmark. He has been a featured speaker at numerous conferences, such as Business Week's Global Brand Conference, the Association of National Advertisers Annual Conference, the Silicon Valley Technology Conference, the Global Innovation Summit in Dubai, The Economist Digital Forum, The American Marketing Association and HP's Global Marketing Congress. Most of the employees are not trained correctly and does lots of mistakes. Not necessary their fault. I only have my problem with one major employee, the others are nice but not trained.
