Mr. Scott W. Mr. David R. Emery has been an Executive Chairman of the Board of Directors of Healthcare Realty Trust Incorporated. Mr. Emery founded Healthcare Realty Trust Incorporated in 1992 and served as its Chief Executive Officer and President from May 1992 to December 30, 2016. Prior to 1992, he was engaged in the development and management of commercial real estate in Nashville, Tennessee. Mr. Emery has been active in the real estate industry for several years.

Ms. Amanda L. Callaway serves as Chief Accounting Officer and Senior Vice President of Healthcare Realty Trust Incorporated. Ms. Callaway served as Principal Accounting Officer and Vice President of Accounting at Healthcare Realty Trust Incorporated. Ms. Callaway has worked for Healthcare Realty Trust Incorporated for approximately 13 years. She is a certified public accountant and has served in various managerial accounting capacities with the Company, including senior accounting manager, assistant controller and as an associate vice president over financial reporting.

Mr. Andrew E. Loope serves as Senior Vice President and Corporate Counsel of Healthcare Realty Trust Incorporated and has been its Secretary since February 22, 2017.
