Ms. Jeanette E. Marbert serves as an Executive Vice President of HV Global Group, Inc. Ms. Marbert has been President and CEO of Exchange & Rental Operating Segment at ILG, Inc. since November 1, 2017. She served as Chief Operating Officer of ILG, Inc. (also known as Interval Leisure Group, Inc.) from August 20, 2008 to November 1, 2017 and served as its Executive Vice President from June 2009 to November 1, 2017. Ms. Marbert served as General Counsel of Interval Leisure Group, Inc. from 1994 to 1999 and Executive Director since February 2015 until May 17, 2016. She serves as a Director of HV Global Group, Inc. Ms. Marbert joined Interval in 1984. She also provides oversight to the Aston businesses. She is on the board of directors of the ILG Relief Fund, established to assist the company's more than 10,000 associates with emergency housing after a natural or civic disaster, community crisis, or unexpected event. She also has been actively involved in the American Resort Development Association (ARDA) state legislative and federal issues committees and was instrumental in drafting the organization's Vacation Club Model Act. She serves as an ARDA trustee. Ms. Marbert earned a bachelor's degree from the University of Maryland, a juris doctor degree from the University of Miami and a Master of Laws degree in taxation from Villanova University.

Mr. Stephen G. Williams, also Known as Steve, serves as Chief Operating Officer of Vistana Signature Experiences at ILG, Inc. Mr. Williams has been the Chief Operating Officer and Senior Vice President of Vistana Signature Experiences, Inc. since July 1, 2012. Mr. Williams oversees the day-to-day operations of SVO. He has more than three decades of experience in growing the vacation ownership, fractional, residential and branded hospitality industries. He joined Starwood in 2000 and served as its Senior Vice President of Sales & Marketing. Before joining SVO, he served key roles at Marriott Vacation Club and Fairfield Communities.

Mr. William L. Harvey serves as an Executive Vice President of HV Global Group, Inc. Mr. Harvey has been the Chief Financial Officer at ILG, Inc. (also known as Interval Leisure Group, Inc.), since August 20, 2008 and has been its Executive Vice President since June 2009. He has over 30 years of financial and accounting experience. He served as Vice President of Technical Accounting for LNR Property Corporation from 2003 to 2006. He served as the Chief Financial Officer at TrialGraphix, Inc. from August 2006 to November 2007. From 1992 To 2003, Mr. Harvey served as an Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer for Pan Am International Flight Academy. Prior to joining Pan Am, Mr. Harvey was a Partner at Deloitte & Touche prior to September 1992 where he served as a member of the Deloitte & Touche's National Office SEC Services Department for two years. He serves as a Director of HV Global Group, Inc. He has been an Independent Director at Summit Financial Services Group Inc. (formerly Summit Brokerage Services Inc.) since February 26, 2004. Mr. Harvey graduated from the Florida State University in 1977 with a BS in Accounting and he is also a Certified Public Accountant.

Mr. Marie A. Lee serves as Chief Information Officer of Interval Leisure Group, Inc. since August 8, 2008 and served as its Senior Vice President since June 2009. Mr. Lee served as Chief Information Officer and Senior Vice President of U.S. Operations at Interval International, Inc.( Interval Leisure Group, Inc.-prior to spin off). Prior to these positions, Mr. Lee served as Chief Information Officer of Interval since January 2004 and Senior Vice President of Information Technology of Interval from May 2000 to December 2003. .

Mr. John M. Burlingame serves as the President of HV Global Group, Inc. Mr. Burlingame has been the President of The Hyatt Vacation Ownership Business since October 2014. He has been the Global Head of Residential Development at Hyatt Hotels Corporation since 2009. He is responsible for whole ownership and vacation ownership components of Hyatt branded mixed-use projects and stand-alone projects. He is knowledgeable about financial management as an Executive of major hotel corporation responsible for all phases of hotel development for Hyatt. He served as an Executive Vice President of Hyatt Vacation Ownership (including resort management, homeowner's association management, sales and marketing, development and consumer financing) from 1994 to 2009, being involved in all phases of hotel development. Prior to 1994, he was involved in all phases of hotel development for Hyatt. He was a Consulting Editor for the Handbook of Real Estate Portfolio Management. He has been a Trustee of Aquila Three Peaks High Income Fund since 2006, Aquila Funds Trust - Aquila Three Peaks High Income Fund and Aquila Funds Trust - Aquila Three Peaks Opportunity Growth Fund since 2006. He is additionally knowledgeable about the operation and governance of mutual funds as an Aquila Group of Funds Board Member for nearly 7 years. He served as the Chairman of American Resort Development Association (ARDA) from May 2003 to May 2005. He has served on the Board of Directors of the American Resort Development Association (ARDA) for over 14 years.

Mr. Marcos Agostini has been Senior Vice President of Resort Sales & Business Development - Latin America at Interval International, Inc since August 2012. and served as its Region Director of Latin America.

Mr. John A. Galea serves as Senior Vice President and Treasurer of HV Global Group, Inc. Mr. Galea has been the Chief Accounting Officer of ILG, Inc. (also known as Interval Leisure Group, Inc.) since August 20, 2008 and also its Senior Vice President and Treasurer since June 2009. Mr. Galea served as Chief Financial Officer of Interval Leisure Group, Inc. since February 2007 and also served as its Senior Vice President of Finance. Previously, Mr. Galea served as Vice President of Accounting and Corporate Controller of Interval since 2000. He serves as a Director of HV Global Group, Inc. Mr. Galea provides management oversight to the RQH businesses ( a segment of ILG).

Ms. Victoria J. Kincke serves as Senior Vice President and Secretary of HV Global Group, Inc. Ms. Kincke has been General Counsel of ILG, Inc. (also known as Interval Leisure Group, Inc.) since August 20, 2008. Ms. Kincke has been Senior Vice President and General Counsel of Interval Acquisition Corp. (Interval) since May 2005 and provides management oversight to RQH businesses. Ms. Kincke has been Senior Vice President of Interval Leisure Group, Inc., since May 2005 and Secretary since July 1999. Prior to that, she joined Interval in 1997 and served as its General Counsel since July 1999.

Mr. Darren Ettridge has been Senior Vice President of Resort Sales and Business Development - Europe, Middle East, Africa, and Asia at Interval International, Inc. since March 2000 and served as its European Director of Sales.

Mr. Kelvin M. Bloom has been President of AHR Hospitality Partners, Inc. at Aqua-Aston Hospitality, LLC since December 2013. Mr. Bloom serves as Chief Executive Officer of Aqua-Aston Hospitality, LLC at ILG, Inc. He serves as Chief Executive Officer of Aqua-Aston and served as its President of AHR Hospitality Partners, Inc. (which owns Aqua and Aston) since December 2013. He served as President of Aston Hotels & Resorts at ILG, Inc., since May 2007. Mr. Bloom served as the President of Aston Hotels and Resorts at Interval Leisure Group, Inc. since May 2007. Mr. Bloom served as the President of Aston Resorts Hawaii. He oversaw more than 6,000 properties on the islands, including Aston Hotels & Suites. He served as a Vice President of ResortQuest Hawaii of ResortQuest International, Inc. He initially joined Aston in 1998 as its Executive Vice President and Chief Operating Officer, Hawaii Territory. Mr. Bloom served as the founding President of Castle Resorts and Hotels and Chief Operating Officer of The Castle Group. He served as the Chairman of Hawaii Tourism Authority.
