Mr. Chad Stelzig has been the Chief Executive Officer and President of Image Sensing Systems, Inc. since March 8, 2017 and previously served as its Interim Chief Executive Officer and Interim President from June 27, 2016 to March 8, 2017. Mr. Stelzig served as Vice President of Engineering of ISS in addition to his prior position as Director of Algorithm and Software Engineering at the Company. He has over 15 years of engineering and management experience. Prior to joining ISS, he has held various positions at General Dynamics, C4 Systems and Lockheed Martin. Mr. Stelzig holds a Masters of Science in Electrical Engineering from the University of Illinois at Chicago. He holds a Bachelor of Arts degree with a concentration in Physics and Mathematics from Hamline University.

Mr. Richard A. Ehrich has been Interim Chief Financial Officer of Image Sensing Systems, Inc. since June 27, 2016 and serves as its Controller. Mr. Ehrich has over twenty years of extensive financial leadership experience and a proven track record working with global, technology-based companies. Mr. Ehrich served as Controller of ISS. He has held various financial leadership positions at KPMG LLP and Arthur Andersen within the Transaction Advisory Services and Assurance Services practices. Mr. Ehrich holds a Bachelor of Arts degree with a concentration in Accounting from the University of St. Thomas. He is also a licensed CPA (inactive) in Minnesota.

Mr. Andrew T. Berger is the Managing Member of AB Value Management LLC, which serves as the General Partner of AB Value Partners, LP. Mr. Berger has nearly two decades of experience in investment analysis, investment management and business consulting. From March 1998 to January 2002, Mr. Berger served as an Equity Analyst for Value Line, Inc. Since February 2002, Mr. Berger served as President of Walker's Manual, Inc. He has been Executive Chairman of Image Sensing Systems, Inc. since June 23, 2016 and has been its Director since October 13, 2015.

Dr. Ezekiel Kruglick, also known as Zeke, Ph.D. has been Technical Advisor at Image Sensing Systems, Inc. since August 12, 2016. Dr. Kruglick serves as the Chief Executive Officer of Ardent Research, a full service research and development boutique firm specializing technology development. He has served on the board of directors of multiple companies, both private and public. He has worked for various universities and several commercial companies including three start-ups that successfully developed new technology products. He has numerous patents issued or pending, has published a number of technical papers and has been featured in several notable publications. Dr. Kruglick received his B.S. in electrical engineering from UCLA and his Ph.D. in electrical engineering from UC Berkeley.

Richard Ehrich serves as the Chief Financial Officer, Director of Operations and Corporate Secretary for Image Sensing Systems, Inc.. Richard started at Image Sensing Systems, Inc. in August of 2016. Richard is based in the Greater Minneapolis-St. Paul Area.
