Mr. Peter D. Aquino, also known as Pete, has been Chief Executive Officer and President of Internap Corporation since September 19, 2016. He led successful initiatives involving mobile operators, competitive local exchange carriers (CLECs), managed services providers and broadband service providers. He served as the Executive Chairman of Primus Telecom Group, Inc. until April 30, 2013. He served as an Executive Chairman and Director of HC2 Holdings, Inc. from January 1, 2013 to April 30, 2013. Mr. Richard R. Ramlall has been Vice President of Investor Relations at Internap Corporation since December 2016 and served as its Vice President of Investor and Public Relations since January 26, 2017. Mr. Ramlall served as the Chief Communications Officer and Senior Vice President of Corporate Development at Primus Telecommunications Group Inc. from November 8, 2010 to August 30, 2013. Mr. Ramlall was responsible for corporate development and investor and public relations. He is a senior, accomplished telecommunications industry executive with a proven track record of global business experience. Over the course of his career in telecom and cable, Mr. Ramlall has built a record of accomplishments in regulatory affairs, lobbying, strategic corporate development and communications. His tenure at RCN extended from March 2005 to August 2010. He served as Senior Vice President of Strategic & External Affairs at Sidera Networks, Inc. He served as a Senior Vice President of Strategic and External Affairs of RCN Corp. since March 2005. He was responsible for Rcn's Regulatory Affairs, Investor Relations, Public Relations, External Affairs and Strategic Issues. He served as Senior Vice President of Strategic and External Affairs of RCN Metro Optical Networks (also known as RCN Business Solutions, Inc)., a subsidiary of RCN Corp. Prior to joining RCN in March 2005, he served as Senior Managing Director and Executive Vice President of Spencer Trask Media and Communications Group, LLC (a division of New York based venture capital firm Spencer Trask & Company) based in Reston, Virginia, from June 1999 to March 2005. From March 1997 to June 1999, he served as Vice President and Managing Director for Strategy, Marketing and International Government Affairs of Bechtel Telecommunications. Prior to that, he served as an Executive Director for International Business Affairs of Bell Atlantic International and spent over 18 years at Bell Atlantic. He spent more than 18 years in Verizon and its predecessor organizations, serving in a variety of executive positions including strategy, government affairs, marketing, business development, regulatory and legal positions. In 1990, Mr. Ramlall was elected as a Member of the President's Commission on Executive Exchange, for which he served as an Advisor on international trade for the Deputy Administrator of the Small Business Administration. He is a Charter Member of the Indian Chief Executive Officer Council. He serves as a board member of the Alzheimer's Association, National Capital Area Chapter. Mr. Ramlall earned both his M.G.A in Technology Management and his Bachelor's of Science Degree in Business Administration from the University of Maryland.

Mr. Robert M. Dennerlein, also known as Bob, has been Chief Financial Officer of Internap Corporation since November 2016. Mr. Dennerlein most recently served as Chief Financial Officer from 2013 until February 2016 at Dialogic, Inc., a technology solutions provider. From 2006 until 2013, Mr. Dennerlein served as Chief Financial Officer of Raritan, Inc., a provider of data center solutions for controlling and monitoring IT infrastructure and energy management. Mr. Dennerlein entered the information technology industry in 2003, serving as Vice President and Controller and later Chief Financial Officer of Globix, Inc., a provider of managed services, IP infrastructure management and optical networking solutions, from 2003 until 2006. Previous to that, Mr. Dennerlein served as Vice President and Controller of Opnext, Inc., a global optical components joint venture, from 2001 through 2003. From 1999 until 2001, Mr. Dennerlein served as Director of Accounting and External Reporting for Agere Systems, Inc., a global manufacturer of optical components and integrated circuits for the telecommunications industry. Mr. Dennerlein held financial positions with increasing responsibility at International Specialty Products, Inc., a NYSE-listed manufacturer of specialty chemicals, from 1992 to 1999; Bongrain Cheese USA and Bongrain International American Corporation (subsidiaries of Bongrain, S.A., a French Stock Exchange listed manufacturer of cheese and specialty cheese products), from 1989 to 1992; and Nabisco Brands, Inc., from 1984 to 1989. Mr. Dennerlein began his career in public accounting with PricewaterhouseCoopers LLP from 1981 until 1984. He serves on the Board of Directors of Catapult Acquisition Corporation, a private company. Mr. Dennerlein is a Certified Public Accountant and earned both his Bachelors of Science in Accounting and Masters of Science in International Business from Seton Hall University.

Mr. Richard P. Diegnan, Jr. is the Co-founder of Broad Valley Capital LLC. Mr. Diegnan has been Senior Vice President, General Counsel and Corporate Secretary of Internap Corporation since November 21, 2016. He has been a Partner of Diegnan & Brophy, LLC since its founding in 2005. Since 2011, Mr. Diegnan has served as General Counsel and Chief Financial Officer to Travel Tripper LLC. Mr. Diegnan has served as General Counsel and Chief Financial Officer of Travel Tripper, LLC, an internet based hotel reservation services company, a company he helped form in 2005. Prior to forming his own firm in 2005, Mr. Diegnan was an Associate in the Global Corporate/Mergers & Acquisitions Group at Milbank, Tweed, Hadley & McCloy LLP in New York City from 2000 to 2005. Mr. Diegnan served as General Counsel and Chief Administrative Officer of Broad Valley Micro Fiber Networks Inc. He has over 17 years of experience as an attorney representing a diverse group of clients. He has experience in corporate transactional matters including traditional purchase and sale of companies, asset purchases, mergers and financing transactions. He has represented companies and individuals in commercial litigation matters including shareholder disputes, breach of contract, fraudulent transfer, collection matters and regulatory reviews. He has handled commercial and residential real estate transactions, lease agreements, as well land use planning. Mr. Diegnan has also represented public companies in SEC filings and matters as well as clients before the Intercontinental Exchange, IRS, New Jersey Department of Labor, New Jersey Turnpike Authority, CFTC and Nevada Casino Commission. From 1999 to 2000, he worked at McCarter & English LLP in Newark, New Jersey as an associate and a summer associate in the Corporate Department. Mr. Diegnan began his career in the Capital Management Group at&T in 1991 and worked as an account executive in AT&T's Business Sales Division until 1996. He worked at The Prudential Insurance Company of America in the Corporate Law Department while in law school. Mr. Diegnan is licensed to practice in New York and New Jersey and earned his Bachelors of Science in Finance from Providence College, Masters in Business Administration from Fairleigh Dickenson University and Juris Doctor from Seton Hall University School of Law.

Mr. Peter George Bell, also known as Pete, has been Senior Vice President of Sales for Cloud Business Unit at Internap Network Services Corp. (alternate name Internap Corporation) since January 26, 2017. Mr. Bell served as Senior Vice President of Global Sales at Internap Network Services Corp. since October 2014 until January 26, 2017. Mr. Bell oversee Internap's worldwide sales organization in driving new business opportunities and accelerating adoption of Internap's performance-optimized hybrid cloud, hosting and colocation services. With more than 25 years of sales leadership experience, he has a versatile and proven record of creating profitable growth and building and energizing global sales teams to deliver cloud hosting infrastructure and communications solutions throughout North America, Europe and Asia. Prior to Internap, he held numerous executive sales and market development roles at some of the world's leading communications companies. He served as vice president and general manager of global solutions at NTT Communications. During that time, he led the North American sales organization in securing high-growth enterprise customers for NTT's cloud, colocation and managed services, achieving nearly 40 percent year-over-year revenue growth. Before NTT, he served as Global Crossing's senior vice president of their global partner program, where he led the GPP team in delivering IP and Ethernet-based infrastructure to multinational corporations around the world, increasing the sales pipeline by more than 30 percent. Prior to this, he served as Vice President of sales at BT Global Services, driving sales of IT and application-based networking solutions throughout the U.S. and Canada, resulting in more than $300 million in new contracts. He also served as senior vice president of sales at WilTel Communications -- which was acquired by Level 3 Communications -- where he managed a team of more than 300 for its enterprise and infrastructure sales channels. He began his career in international sales at Cable & Wireless, where he spent more than a decade in sales management and market development roles in the U.S., U.K. and Hong Kong.

Mr. Andrew Day, also known as Andy, has been Senior Vice President and General Manager of INAP International at Internap Corporation since January 2018. Mr. Day was General Manager and Senior Vice President of INAP Cloud Services Business Unit at Internap Corporation since April 1, 2017 until January 2018. Mr. Day served as Senior Vice President and General Manager of Cloud & Hosting Services at Internap Corporation since December 1, 2016. Mr. Day leads Internap's iWeb and cloud services business, including sales, product management, marketing, business development, customer support, technical operations, engineering and program management. He has Internap over 25 years of management experience in telecommunications, technology innovation, sales and marketing leadership. Prior to joining Internap, Mr. Day held several senior leadership positions in sales and general management for technology companies. He served as Senior Vice President of Consumer Channels at Rogers Communications, where he led all consumer product sales across all sales channels. He served as President and Chief Executive Officer at Primus Telecommunications Holding, Inc. He served as the Chief Executive Officer and President of HC2 Holdings, Inc. (alternate name Primus Telecommunications Group Inc). from January 1, 2013 to July 31, 2013. He served as Chief Operating Officer of Primus Canada until January 1, 2013. Mr. Day served as the Chief Executive Officer of Primus Telecommunications Canada Inc. and served as its Chief Operating Officer since June 2009. Mr. Day served as a Senior Vice President of Residential Services of Primus Telecommunications Canada Inc. Mr. Day joined Primus in July 1999 as Vice President of Marketing and Sales (residential) and in July, 2000 his responsibilities broadened to include overall management of the Residential Services Division. Before joining Primus, Mr. Day was General Manager of business development for AT&T Canada, where he helped develop many new products and services. He was also a member of the original competitive long distance provider launch team at&T's predecessor company, Unitel. Mr. Day has held a range of marketing and finance positions with major international companies including AT&T, Gillette and Xerox. In his career, he has received a number of professional accolades including the AT&T President's Club Award, the Gillette Outstanding Service Award and the Xerox Award of Merit. He is a Chartered Public Accountant and is also a Chartered Director. Mr. Day has an Honours Bachelor of Commerce degree from McMaster University and is a member of Certified Management Accountant.

Mr. Corey J. Needles has been Senior Vice President and General Manager of INAP USA at Internap Corporation since January 2018. Mr. Needles serves as General Manager of Denver at Latisys Corp. Mr. Needles serves as Director of Technical Operations at Latisys-Denver, LLC (alternate name is Data393 Holdings, LLC). Mr. Needles is responsible for the day to day operation of the data centers at Latisys-Denver, LLC. This includes the monitoring of the customer and corporate systems as well as data center provisioning at the physical layer. He is also responsible for the management and security of the facilities and each of the Data393 data centers. With over nine years in the industry, Mr. Needles has a great deal of experience in both NOC and data center environments. He was the Senior Vice President and General Manager of Colocation, Network & Managed Services Business Unit at Internap Corporation since January 23, 2017 until January 2018. He was a Lead Operations Supervisor at Gambro Healthcare in Lakewood, Colorado from 2002 to 2003 where he led operations, network and systems management teams in all aspects of NOC operations. Mr. Needles also has a deep background in Network and Enterprise Management solutions. Mr. Needles earned his Bachelors of Science in Information Systems from Colorado State University and an Associate of Applied Science in Multimedia Technology from Platt College.

Mrs. Mary Jane Horne has been Senior Vice President of Global Network Planning & Engineering of Internap Corporation since December 7, 2017. Mrs. Horne has been Vice President and General Manager of RCN Business Services of RCN Corporation since October 2009. Mrs. Horne is responsible for the development of the RCN Business Solutions network expansion, development of engineering plans and practices, evaluation and deployment of network equipment and management of access, peering and interconnect arrangements. Mrs. Horne served as Vice President of Operations and Business Development of Sidera Networks, Inc. Before joining INAP, she served as vice president, engineering construction and commercial services at Comcast, where she was responsible for the strategic network planning of both the residential and commercial business networks in the Northeast and mid-Atlantic regions. In addition, she developed standards for fiber installation and repair processes, which were rolled out across the nationwide Comcast footprint. Ms. Horne was the Chief Operating Officer at Broad Valley Micro Fiber Networks, Inc. She also gained international experience as the vice president of network and technology planning at Primus Telecommunications Group, Inc., where she worked in Australia, London and Canada. Mrs. Horne has experience in network engineering, technology evaluation and deployment, start-up company management and large carrier network management. She has been with RCN Corporation for the past five years. Mrs. Horne has held positions at Bell Atlantic and NEON Communication, NYNEX and New England Telephone. She is responsible for the development of the RCN Business Solutions network expansion, development of engineering plans and practices, evaluation and deployment of network equipment and management of access, peering and interconnect arrangements. Mrs. Horne received her Bachelor of Science in electrical and computer engineering from Northeastern University and has completed leadership development programs at the University of Pennsylvania's Wharton School of Business.

Mr. Michael E. Higgins, also known as Mike, has been Senior Vice President of Sales & Customer Service for Colocation Business Unit at Internap Corporation (alternate name Internap Network Services Corp.) since January 26, 2017. Mr. Higgins served as Senior Vice President of Marketing and Customer Services at Internap Corporation since January 16, 2016 until January 26, 2017 and served as its Senior Vice President of Business Development from August 7, 2015 to January 16, 2016. Mr. Higgins lead the Product Management, Business Development and Data Center Design and Engineering Development functions spanning Internap's Colocation and Managed Hosting services. He has a deep knowledge and 20+ years of extensive financial, product planning and leadership experience in the telecommunications industry. He joined Internap in January 2004 as Vice President of Financial Planning and Analysis. Since late 2006, he assumed the responsibility for growing and expanding Internap's Colocation product offering. Prior to Internap, Mr. Higgins held numerous leadership roles in Finance, Business Operations and Business Development over an 18-year career span while at MCI, where he lastly served as Vice President of Business Operations. In this role, he directed the Sales planning efforts for each of the business market segments. This included product planning, customer acquisition efforts, product line profitability and product integration efforts. He served as Senior Vice President of Data Center Services at Internap Network Services Corp. At Internap, he also served as a Board Member for its joint venture with NTT of Japan. Mr. Higgins holds an M.B.A. in Finance from the University of Bridgeport and a B.S. in Accounting from Villanova University.
