Mr. Robert E. Matthiessen, also known as Bob, has been the Chief Executive Officer of inTEST Corp. since August 1998, its Executive Chairman since May 2017 and as its President since February 1997. Mr. Matthiessen serves as the Chief Executive Officer and President at Temptronic Corp. (Previously inTEST Thermal Solutions Corp.). Mr. Matthiessen served as the Chief Operating Officer of Intest Corp., from December 1997 to August 1998. Prior to that, Mr. Matthiessen served as an Executive Vice President since joining Intest Corp. in October 1984. Mr. Matthiessen has been a Director of inTEST Corp., since February 1997. Mr. Matthiessen is a Mechanical and Electrical Engineering.

Mr. Hugh T. Regan Jr. has been the Chief Financial Officer and Treasurer of Intest Corp., the Parent company of Temptronic Corp. since April 1996 and has been its Secretary since December 1999. From 1985 to April 1996, Mr. Regan served in various financial capacities for Value Property Trust, a publicly traded real estate investment trust, including Vice President of Finance from 1989 to September 1995 and as the Chief Financial Officer from September 1995 to April 1996.

Mr. James Pelrin, also known as Jim, has been an Executive Vice President at inTEST Corp. since November 2015 and as its Chief Operating Officer since May 2017. Mr. Pelrin Served as General Manager of Thermal Products Segment at inTEST Corp. since November 2004 and served as its Vice President from August 2006 to November 2015. Mr. Pelrin Served as General Manager of Temperature Management Product Segment of Intest Corp. since November 2004. Prior to that, he served as General Manager of Temptronic Corporation, a subsidiary of Intest Corp. Mr. Pelrin joined Intest Corp. in October 2001. From July 1999 to June 2001, Mr. Pelrin served as Vice President and General Manager of Accusonic Technologies, Inc., a privately held company that designs and manufactures hydro-acoustic measurement systems. He has been a Director at inTEST Corp. since May 2017.

Mark Bradford has been General Manager of Intest EMS Products Division at inTEST Corp. since January 2016. Mark Bradford served as Business Unit Manager of inTEST's Electrical Group.

Hugh Regan serves as the CFO of inTEST. Hugh started at inTEST in April of 1996. Hugh currently resides in Greater Philadelphia Area.
