Mr. Baofang Jin is a Co-Founder of JA Solar Holdings Co., Ltd. and has been its Executive Chairman and Chief Executive Officer since September 2009 and January 21, 2013 respectively. Mr. Jin serves as the Chief Executive Officer and Chairman of Jinglong Industry and Commerce Group Co. Ltd. He serves as Vice President of Ningjin Government. Mr. Jin served as the Chief Executive Officer of JA Solar Holdings Co., Ltd. from August 2009 to January 2010. Mr. Jin served as Direct General at Ningjin Power Bureau since 1992. From April 1984 to January 1992, Mr. Jin served as General Manager of Ningjin County Agricultural Equipment Company. He is the initiator of Ningjin Monocrystalline Campus. He served as the Chairman of JA Solar Holdings Co., Ltd. from May 2005 to September 2009 and serves as its Executive Director. He serves as a Vice Chairman of the Chinese People's Political Consultative Conference of Ningjin County. He was awarded National Model Worker, Model Worker of Hebei Province, National Wuyi Work Medal and Outstanding Entrepreneur of Hebei Province. Mr. Jin graduated from Hebei Broadcast and Television University, China, with an associate's degree in 1996.

Mr. Hexu Zhao, also known as Herman, has been Chief Financial Officer of JA Solar Holdings Co., Ltd. since December, 2013 and served in the same position from July 2006 to May 9, 2008 and also served as it's Principal Accounting Officer. Mr. Zhao served as an Interim Accounting Manager of WageWorks Inc. from May 2006 to June 2006. From August 2005 to April 2006, he spent most of his time traveling in mainland China, Taiwan, Japan, Korea and Vietnam. From August 2000 to July 2005, he served as the Manager of General Accounting of Pratt & Whitney. Prior to that, he served as an Interim Controller of Cellnet Data Systems Inc. From 1991 to 1999, he served as the Chief Financial Officer and various other senior management positions for EMPaC International Corp. Mr. Zhao received his MBA degree in Accounting from Golden Gate University in 1990 and his B.S. degree in Naval Engineering from Dalian Maritime University, China in 1982.
