As part of social responsibilities as a public corporation, KDHC introduced a special employment mechanism in pursuit of social equality for the injured while saving others, socially good doers, the disable, those of low income and rural backgrounds, and those of national merit. The purpose of this policy is to blend the concept of CSR with recruitment by moving away from the existing system and expanding job opportunities for the disadvantaged. KDHC has taken the lead in living up to its social responsibility.
