Mr. Gregory S. Skinner, also known as Greg, has been the Chief Financial Officer and Vice President of Finance at Landec Corp. since November 1999. Mr. Skinner has been Vice President of Administration at Landec Corp. since November 2000 and serves as its Principal Accounting Officer. From May 1996 to October 1999, he served as Controller of Landec Corp. From 1994 to 1996. Mr. Midyett served as Chief Executive Officer and President at Apio, Inc., a wholly-owned subsidiary of Landec, from January 2008 to October 15, 2015. Mr. Midyett served as Vice President of Landec Corp. from February 2008 to October 15, 2015. He joined Apio in May 2005. He served as Chief Operating Officer of Apio, Inc. since May 2005. He served as Senior Vice President of Operations for Dole Fresh Vegetables. He has over 20 years of technology and operations experience in the produce industry. He has been a Director of United Fresh Produce Association since April 2010. He serves as a Director of the United Fresh Fruit and Vegetable Association. Mr. Midyett received a B.S. in Food Biochemistry from University of California Davis.

Mr. Geoffrey P. Leonard has been Partner of King & Spalding LLP since November 01, 2015. Mr. Leonard serves as the Secretary of Landec Corp. He served as Partner of Ropes & Gray LLP. He was a Partner of Orrick, Herrington & Sutcliffe LLP.

Dr. Steven P. Bitler, also known as Steve, Ph.D. has been the Vice President of Corporate Technology at Landec Corp., since March 2002. From 1988 to March 2002, Dr. Bitler held various positions with Landec Corp. related to the new polymer product development and thermal switch products. Prior to joining Landec Corp., he developed new high strength polymeric materials at SRI International.

Ron Midyett serves as the COO of Landec Corporation. Ron started at Landec Corporation in May of 2005. Ron currently resides in the Santa Barbara, California Area.
