Mr. Daniel R. Parsons, also known as Dan, has been Senior Vice President of Information Systems and Technology - Landmark Infrastructure Partners GP LLC, a general partner of Landmark Infrastructure Partners LP since August 2014. Mr. Parsons serves as the Chief Information Officer and Executive Vice President of Operations at Landmark Dividend LLC. He is a seasoned financial services executive with over 20 years of experience in software development, technology management and IT governance. He specializes in leading agile teams as they develop cutting-edge line-of-business and workflow enhancing software solutions. In previous positions, he has dramatically increased efficiencies by developing comprehensive customized solutions for loan origination and servicing as well as institutional investor servicing and private investor pool management systems. Mr. Parsons received a B.S. in Business Administration and an M.B.A. from the University of Southern California.

Mr. George P. Doyle serves as the Chief Financial Officer and Treasurer at Landmark Dividend LLC. Mr. Doyle has been the Chief Financial Officer and Treasurer of Landmark Infrastructure Partners GP LLC, a general partner of Landmark Infrastructure Partners LP since July 2014. He served as the Executive Vice President, Chief Financial Officer, Secretary and Treasurer of Clearview Hotel Trust, a Hospitality REIT that was in registration with the SEC for a public offering. He was responsible for all accounting and finance operations. Mr. Doyle served as Senior Vice President of HCP, Inc. (formerly Health Care Property Investors, Inc.) since January 29, 2007 and Chief Accounting Officer since August 12, 2004. Mr. Doyle served as Vice President of Health Care Property Investors, Inc. since August 12, 2004 and its Consultant since June 2009. Mr. Doyle served as Senior Manager with the Public Accounting Firm of KPMG for nine years before joining Health Care Property Investors. At KPMG he was responsible for the auditing of private and publicly held companies. Mr. Doyle served as Director of Financial Reporting for Health Care Property Investors. Mr. Doyle is a Certified Public Accountant and holds Bachelor of Arts degree from Western Washington University.

Mr. Marcelo Choi serves as Vice President of Investor Relations at Landmark Infrastructure Partners LP. Mr. Choi was a Research Associate at Deutsche Bank AG, Research Division. Mr. Choi was previously employed at Morgan Stanley, Research Division and CIBC World Markets Inc., Research Division.
