Mr. Craig I. Felenstein has been Chief Financial Officer of Lindblad Expeditions Holdings Inc. since September 6, 2016. Mr. Felenstein served as Senior Vice President of Investor Relations & Strategic Finance at Shutterstock, Inc. from March 2015 to August 19, 2016, where he oversaw all interaction with the investment community while leading the financial planning and analysis and corporate development functions. Mr. Felenstein led investor relations and play a pivotal role in guiding financial operations as a senior executive on the finance team. Prior to Shutterstock, he was at Discovery Communications, LLC, from May 2008 to March 2015, serving in various management roles, including Executive Vice President of Investor Relations, where he was responsible for building and directing the investor relations function. Mr. Felenstein has a long history of leadership positions in a wide range of public companies. At the same time, he was part of the executive team for several of Discovery's businesses including serving as the Chief Financial Officer of Digital, Chief Financial Officer of US Network Revenue and Chief Financial Officer of Animal Planet, overseeing all financial activity and helping to drive the strategy for each operating unit. Prior to Discovery Communications, he served for eight years as Vice President of Investor Relations at Twenty-First Century Fox, Inc. (alternate name: News Corporation), as well as in financial and accounting roles at Viacom Inc. and Arthur Andersen & Co. Mr. Felenstein holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting from the State University of New York at Binghamton.

Mr. Trey Byus, III has been the Chief Expedition Officer at Lindblad Expeditions Holdings Inc. since 2009 and served as its Vice President until 2009. Mr. Byus has worked in the travel industry since 1991, but immediately knew he found a home when he started working for Lindblad Expedition in 1993. He started as an Expedition Leader, working all over the world for 6 years before accepting the newly created position as Director of Field Staff. In that role, he led the department responsible for scheduling and managing all of Lindblad's Naturalists, Historians and Expedition Leaders. As Director of Field Staff & Expedition Technology, he joined the Management Committee in early 2002. In January of 2004, Mr. Byus became Vice President of Field Operations and Program Development and in 2006, the Vice President of Expedition Development & Management.

Mr. Philip J. Auerbach has been Chief Commercial Officer at Lindblad Expeditions Holdings Inc. since May 26, 2016. Mr. Auerbach is responsible for all revenue production and leads marketing, sales, digital product development and strategic partnerships. He joined Lindblad from Caesars Entertainment Corp., an Entertainment and Hospitality company, where he served as Senior Vice President and Regional Chief Marketing Officer. In that role, he was responsible for all revenue and the marketing strategy for the nine Casino Resorts in Caesars' Las Vegas portfolio, including Caesars Palace, Harrah's Las Vegas, Planet Hollywood Resort & Casino and Flamingo Las Vegas Hotel & Casino. His role included responsibility for all digital and traditional media, organic and paid social media, public relations, email and database marketing and developing and executing Caesars' CRM strategy in the region. In this role, he also oversaw Caesars' enterprise-wide Third Party Distribution channels, including offline and online Travel Agencies, International Marketing, Strategic Partnership and Mobile Product/Innovation teams. Prior to joining Caesars, Mr. Auerbach was a Partner in the Marketing & Sales practice of McKinsey & Company, where he served a range of global companies in the Financial Services, Hospitality, Airline and Telecommunications industries and was a leader of its Customer Lifecycle Management and Customer Loyalty service lines, as well as its Payments Practice. Before joining McKinsey, he was a Principal at Novantas, a boutique financial services consulting group.
