Dr. Mahesh V. Patel, Ph.D. co-founded Lipocine Inc. in 1997 and has also been its President and Chief Executive Officer since 1997. Dr. Patel has more than fifteen years of technology and product development experience in the area of drug discovery support, drug delivery and product line extensions. Prior to co-founding Lipocine, he led drug delivery research and development at Pharmacia and Upjohn, Kalamazoo, MI. His areas of expertise include strategic planning, technology assessment/development, technical management and product research and development. Dr. Patel has been the Chairman of Lipocine Inc. since January 6, 2014 and its Director since 1997. Dr. Patel received a B.Pharm from Karnataka University in India. Dr. Patel received his M.S. in physical pharmacy at the University of Cincinnati and his Ph.D. in pharmaceutics from the University of Utah.

Mr. Morgan R. Brown, MBA, CPA, has been the Chief Financial Officer and Executive Vice President at Lipocine Inc. since September 15, 2013 and serves its Corporate Secretary. Mr. Brown served as the Chief Financial Officer, Principal Accounting Officer and Principal Accounting Officer of Innovus Pharmaceuticals, Inc., from May 30, 2013 to September 22, 2013. He served as an Interim Principal Executive Officer of World Heart Corp. from April 21, 2012 to August 2, 2012 and its Chief Financial Officer, Secretary and Executive Vice President from August 10, 2009 to August 2, 2012 and also served as its Principal Accounting Officer until August 2, 2012. He served as the Chief Financial Officer and Senior Vice President of Lifetree Clinical Research, L.C. since 2008. While at Lifetree Clinical Research, he oversaw the accounting, finance, human resource, facility and information technology departments. Mr. Brown served as Vice President of Finance at NPS Pharmaceuticals, Inc. from October 2003 to 2008 and also served as its Treasurer since October 2003. From 1993 to June 2000, he served at KPMG LLP as a Senior Manager. He has over 16 years of experience. He managed multiple audit engagements, servicing private and publicly owned clients focusing on the financial services line of business. He also performed extensive research of complex business, accounting and finance issues. Mr. Brown participated in and was a critical member of the financing team for numerous financings including private and public equity offerings, convertible debt issuances and secured financings, as well as a tender offer for the repurchase of outstanding convertible debt. In addition, he participated in NPS??? merger and acquisition activities. He serves as Vice President of the Utah Chapter of the National Association of Stock Plan Professionals, a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants and a member of the Utah Association of Certified Public Accountants. Mr. Brown received an M.B.A. from the University of Utah and a B.S. in Accounting from Utah State University. He is a licensed Certified Public Accountant in Utah.

Mr. Gregory B. Bass, also known as Greg, has been the Chief Commercial Officer and Executive Vice President at Lipocine Inc. since February 15, 2017. Mr. Bass has been Vice President of Managed Markets and Medical Dermatology at Merz Pharmaceuticals, LLC since August 04, 2015. He joined Lipocine in 2016 and has served as its Vice President of Market Access since that time. Mr. Bass has over 20 years of experience in pharmaceutical and biopharmaceutical sales, marketing and market access with a consistent track record of improving operating performance and delivering value across a broad range of leadership roles in therapeutic categories at Pfizer and Johnson & Johnson. He served as Vice President of Managed Markets and Medical Dermatology at Merz North America, Inc. since June 2015 and served as its Vice President of Managed Markets from March 4, 2013 to June 2015. He served as Vice President of Managed Markets at Merz Pharmaceuticals, LLC from March 2014 to August 4, 2015. He joined Merz in March 2014. He leads Account Management, Strategic Customer Marketing, Pricing Strategy, Reimbursement and Access Services, Health Policy, Contracting and Trade Relations. He has a proven track record of establishing and leading all facets of Managed Markets from strategy development to field execution and implementation across all channels, reimbursement models and phases of a product lifecycle. He is primarily responsible for developing Merz's North American market access and reimbursement strategy to enhance patient access to Merz prescription products. Prior to joining Merz, he served as Senior Director of Managed Markets at Johnson & Johnson Healthcare Systems (A Johnson & Johnson Company). Under his leadership, that team managed and grew a $6 billion portfolio of Immunology and Oncology products, including the most successfully launched pharmaceutical products across the industry in 2010 and 2011. He holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Biology from Brandeis University in Waltham, MA.

Dr. Anthony Delconte, MD, has been Chief Medical Director of Lipocine Inc. since November 7, 2017. Dr. Delconte previously served as the Chief Medical Director of Lipocine Inc. until May 31, 2017. Dr. Delconte served as Vice President of Clinical Research & Development of Genaera Corporation since August 29, 2006. He is an Assistant Professor of Pharmaceutical and Healthcare Marketing at Saint Joseph's University and founder of DC Medical Consulting LLC. He served as Chief Medical Officer of Auxilium Pharmaceuticals Inc. from January 2008 to August 20, 2010. Dr. DelConte served as Senior Vice President, Clinical Research and Development of Genaera Corp. Dr. DelConte served as Vice President, Clinical Research and Development of Genaera Corp. since August 29, 2006. Dr. DelConte led clinical research activities related to the development of trodusquemine (MSI-1436) for the treatment of obesity and squalamine lactate for the treatment of cancer. Prior to joining Genaera, he served as Senior Medical Director of U.S. Clinical Development and Medical Affairs for Women's Health and Urology at Novartis Pharmaceuticals from 2003 to 2006. He has over 25 years of experience in the healthcare industry. He held positions at Wyeth Pharmaceuticals in both Medical Affairs and Clinical Research and Development from 1995 to 2003. He served as a faculty Member in Department of Obstetrics and Gynecology at Jefferson Medical College where he served as Associate Medical Director for Ambulatory Gynecology. Dr. DelConte holds M.D. from University of Pittsburgh, School of Medicine. Dr. DelConte holds a Bachelor of Science in Biology from Saint Joseph's University and received his medical degree from the University of Pittsburgh School of Medicine. He completed residency training at Magee-Womens Hospital of the University Health Center of Pittsburgh. Dr. DelConte is a fellow of the American College of Obstetricians & Gynecologists and is a Diplomat of the American Board of Obstetrics and Gynecology.

Dr. William I. Higuchi, Ph.D., has been the Chief Scientific Consultant of Lipocine Inc. since January 6, 2014. Dr. Higuchi serves as Technical and Business Consultant and thought leader for numerous pharmaceutical companies. Dr. Higuchi is a Distinguished Professor of Pharmaceutics in the Department of Pharmaceutics and Pharmaceutical Chemistry at the University of Utah. Dr. Higuchi co-founded Theratech, Inc. in 1985, which eventually was sold to Watson Pharmaceuticals. He also Co-founded Lipocine Inc. in 1997 and served as its Chairman from 1997 to January 6, 2013. He served as a Director at Theratech, Inc. Recently, he has served as the editor for the International Journal of Pharmaceutics and as the editor of The Journal of Pharmaceutical Sciences plus he also actively participates in numerous scientific societies. Along with graduating more than 100 Ph.D. students, he has authored more than 400 peer-reviewed papers and book chapters in the area of pharmaceutics and is a world renowned leader in the field of drug delivery. He received a BA from San Jose University and a Ph.D. in chemistry from the University of California at Berkeley.

Chris Welsh serves as the Executive Director, Head of Medical Affairs of Lipocine Inc.. Chris started at Lipocine Inc. in September of 2016. Chris is currently based in the Greater Philadelphia Area.

Chidu Chidambaram serves as the Vice President of Lipocine Inc.. Chidu started at Lipocine Inc. in July of 2014. Chidu is currently based in the Greater Salt Lake City Area.

Morgan Brown serves as the Executive Vice President And Chief Financial Officer of Lipocine Inc.. Morgan started at Lipocine Inc. in September of 2013. Morgan is currently based in the Greater Salt Lake City Area.
