Mr. Anthony McKiernan serves as President at MBIA Global Funding, LLC. Mr. McKiernan has been Chief Financial Officer of MBIA Inc. since March 11, 2016 and has been its Executive Vice President since May 1, 2012. Mr. McKiernan serves as Managing Director and Chief Risk Officer of MBIA Insurance Corp and serves as its President and Chief Operating Officer. He served as the Chief Portfolio Officer at MBIA Inc. from August 3, 2011 to March 11, 2016. He served as Vice President of MBIA Inc. from August 3, 2011 to May 1, 2012. He was responsible for the management of insured portfolio and oversees remediations. He joined MBIA in 2000 as a Vice President in the Credit Analytics Group and managed the Corporate Insured Portfolio Management Group prior to becoming the Head of the Structured Finance Insured Portfolio Management Group in 2007. He was with Fleet Financial Group, where he began his career as a Credit Analyst/ Lender in asset-based lending. Mr. McKiernan is a Graduate of Fairfield University.

Mr. Jonathan C. Harris has been General Counsel and Secretary at MBIA Inc. since March 2, 2017 and serves as its Assistant Vice President. Mr. Harris serves as Deputy General Counsel and Managing Director of MBIA Services Corporation and National and MBIA Insurance Corporation. He served as Assistant Secretary of MBIA Inc. He joined MBIA as Head of Litigation in 2009. Since that time, Mr. Harris has expanded his responsibilities to work on various corporate and regulatory matters. Prior to joining the Company, Mr. Harris was litigation counsel at Lehman Brothers and practiced in the litigation department of Willkie Farr & Gallagher.

Mr. Joseph Schachinger, also known as Joe, has been Chief Accounting Officer and Controller of MBIA Inc. since May 11, 2017. Mr. Schachinger served as a Deputy Comptroller at MBIA Inc., from 2007 to May 11, 2017.

Mr. Greg Diamond serves as Managing Director of Investor and Media Relations at MBIA Inc. Mr. Diamond served as Head of equity Investor Relations of Mbia Inc. since 2006. He first investor relations officer of Mbia Inc. during the early 1990s. A 20-year MBIA employee, Mr. Diamond is currently a director in the Risk Management Division for structured finance underwriting. He is a Dartmouth graduate with an MBA from New York University.

Hirdey Gupta serves as the VP - IT Head of New Business, Treasury, Surveillance & Risk of MBIA. Hirdey started at MBIA in March of 2016. Hirdey currently resides in the Greater New York City Area.

Matthew Lagana serves as the Director - Information Technology of MBIA. Matthew started at MBIA in January of 2005. Matthew currently resides in the Greater New York City Area.
