Mr. Andrew L. Elinesky has been Chief Financial Officer and Senior Vice President of McEwen Mining Inc. since December 15, 2015. Mr. Elinesky served as the Director of Projects, Argentina January 2012 to April 2012, where he was responsible for exploration, development and administrative oversight of McEwen Mining's Argentine assets. He served as Vice President of Argentina of McEwen Mining Inc. since April 18, 2012 until December 15, 2015. An accountant by training, Mr. Elinesky served as Corporate Controller for Minera Andes Inc., which combined with McEwen Mining in January 2012. Mr. Elinesky joined the McEwen group of companies as an Accounting Manager in April 2008. Mr. Elinesky worked in the United Kingdom for various multi-national companies including HJ Heinz Ltd. and Safetykleen UK Ltd. Mr. Elinesky holds a Bachelor of Science in Applied Accounting from Oxford Brookes University and is a Chartered Certified Accountant in the UK and a Certified General Accountant in Canada.

Mr. Xavier L. Ochoa has been the Chief Operating Officer of McEwen Mining Inc. since September 6, 2016 and its President since November 2, 2016. Mr. Ochoa served as the Mine General Manager of Cerro Negro at Goldcorp Inc. and was responsible for the successful underground mine commissioning and leading an operating team of 1,600 people. Mr. Ochoa is a seasoned executive, has more than 25 years of operational experience to the McEwen team and instrumental in the continued growth and development of projects. Mr. Ochoa joined McEwen having previously held senior executive positions with other multi-national mining companies. He was the General Manager at the Tintaya and Antapaccay Copper Mines for Glencore and Xstrata in Peru, leading the commissioning and ramp-up of a 70,000 tonne per day processing plant. Mr. Ochoa also held the roles of General Manager and Engineering Manager at El Pachon in Argentina and Chile for Xstrata where he led the engineering efforts to advance the projects to feasibility study levels. Mr. Ochoa holds a Bachelor of Science in Mining Engineering from the University of Arizona in Tucson, Arizona.

Mr. Donald Brown has been Senior Vice President of Projects at McEwen Mining Inc. since August 29, 2016. Mr. Brown served as Vice President of Projects for Glencore and Construction Manager for Bechtel Mines and Metals. He has worked on many large scale mining projects in all stages of feasibility, development and operations such as Antamina, Las Bambas and Antapaccay in Peru and El Pachon in Argentina. Mr. Brown holds a Masters of Science in Rock Mechanics and Mining Engineering from Newcastle University, he is a Chartered Professional Engineer (Australia) and also a Registered Mine Manager (Australia).

Dr. Nathan M. Stubina, P.E., Ph.D., FCIM has been the Managing Director of McEwen Mining Inc. since July 15, 2014. He focused on precious and base metals. Prior to this, Dr. Stubina served as Vice President of Technology of McEwen Mining Inc. from March 4, 2014 to July 2014. He has more than 25 years of experience in the mining and metallurgy industry. Previously, he worked for Barrick Gold, Noranda and Falconbridge. Prior to his employment at Byron Capital Markets, Dr. Stubina was the Senior Manager???Barrick Technology Centre at Barrick Gold Corporation from 2005 to 2013. Dr. Stubina has expertise in base metals such as copper, nickel and cobalt, as well in gold and PGM processing. He worked in diverse areas such as Operations Management and Support, Technology Development, Continuous Improvement and Commercial Contract Negotiations. Dr. Stubina serves as Vice President of International of the CIM (Canadian Institute of Mining, Metallurgy and Petroleum). Dr. Stubina has nearly thirty years of experience in the mining industry. He served as President of the Metallurgy and Materials Society of Canada. Dr. Stubina is a P.Eng. (Professional Engineers of Ontario). He has a Ph.D. in Metallurgy and Materials Science from University of Toronto. He also holds a B.Eng. in Mining and Metallurgical Engineering and a Master of Engineering from the McGill University.

Ron Espell serves as the Environmental Director, North America of McEwen Mining Inc.. Ron started at McEwen Mining Inc. in April of 2016. Ron currently resides in the Las Vegas, Nevada Area.
